50 Food and customer service is very good always I go this restaurant
Very nice place and very good food
We celebrated New Year's Eve here. The food was a disaster. The staff was friendly but completely overwhelmed. The restaurant was neither professionally prepared for this evening in terms of sanitary facilities, kitchen and number of employees.
Worst experience ever in terms of food and customer service. The quality of food is so bad i wouldn't want anyone to go to this place for their special occasion. No presentation of food. Skewers were all burnt and tiny pieces for big price. I felt sick after looking at it and eating it. The fishy smell in the meat was horrible. Chicken wings were fried in how many days old reused oil not sure. Please stay away from this place if u dont want to pay for getting sick.
Customer service was absolutely appalling. Made to wait for a pre-booking and when seated was not attended to for 30-mins, after a few failed attempts to wave down a staff. Yet, paid over $500 bill.
If you're looking to book for a special occasion, highly recommended looking elsewhere.
I always come to this restaurant with friends and family during weekends. Unfortunately the meat is always undercooked and taste fishy. The dessert was dry and shisha was burnt the moment it came to our table. We asked 6 times for a change of shisha but they refused to change.the men don’t have respect for ladies however the service girls were really nice. Sadly I decided to not come back. I spend my money and expect good service of food and shisha.
No spoon on the table. You need to ask for it. The chicken kebab had the fish taste as if they grilled it on the same stove they grilled the fish. The other two kebabs were not fresh and were not cooked properly. The chilli fish sauce had a very bad smell and taste. Could not eat it at all. The rice was not freshly cooked too. It was a cold and windy day, while A/C was on and it was very cold inside. We asked for changing the tempreture or turn it off, but they did not. I was the regular customer, but will not come back anymore.
The warm corridor sitting arrangements made with overhead heat emission was appealing. Gives one instant relief from the chilly outdoor environment. The food and drinks are bit costly though.
Tried their lamb and chicken skewers as mains and nuggets and fries for kids. Not gonna lie the taste was beyond my expectations.
Nothing special.it was OK.
Food was pricey for its quality and quantity. I found bark in my chicken skewers burnt by coal.
Service was reasonable as it was a very busy night. Staff was friendly.
Awesome. A very nice place to have authentic Lebanese food. A perfect spot for families as well. Staff were very nice humble and energetic. Overall it was a very nice experience to have dinner there with friends.
The food was cold, and the waitress taking order was unhelpful. We complaint that rice is cold they didn't change the dish/platter but just brought us rice again for chicken and lamb platter, which were again cold.
If you are finding a place to enjoy during night then this place is for you. You can also celebrate your birthday there. They will must play a birthday song for you. But also keep in your mind that, if you don’t like shisha, then please don’t choose this place. As they have so many options for food but this is best place for shisha lovers. The environment is shisha friendly;). But as this place serves all halal food, so shisha is also served with halal ingredients.
If you want to go there with baby, you can easily able to find out a high chair.
The view, the food, the service all on point wish I could take the food picture but was starving. Their shisha is pricey but hey you get the view, nice warm cozy place in this winters to chill with yur mates then price is secondary.
Keep up the good work!
Was an amazing experience with good quality and tasty food. The customer service was amazing. Highly recommended for surprise birthday party dinner celebration.
Awesome Lamb Biryani, Authentic and the Front staff person “Young guy” dont knw his name he suggested us all the food which made our dinner perfect. He deserves cheers as well as the food too!
As a non Lebanon, the Lamb masaf was so good! One suspect is it prepared too fast and rice was too watery. Rest of things were good. Overall, good environment and great food.
Great Lebanese food. The felafel and kibbeh were the best I have had. Excellent range of choices. Great service. Nice atmosphere.
Whether you want to have a nice night out or a special lunch with your mates, this is the place. We enjoyed nice sheesha made on green apple base, food was awesome. Service was fast and staffs were friendly. Totally recommended
Amazing dining experience. The Sisha's are affordable and the food is delicious. I would recommend the Riz Ala Jai alongside a Sisha for a nice evening dinner.
Food was good, if u hav never experienced lebnease food.otherwise the kebabs tastes so plain, but offcourse good ambience and customer service
