43We've been working with Charlie and the team for some time now. They've been great in solving our problems and just managed to scrape another $175 off our bill every month. Nothing but good things to say!
Not a great company to deal with. More than often messages are relayed without names, or incorrect numbers. In order to re-route your 1800 or 1300 number to a mobile they charge $10 to make a change. I submitted two help tickets, and had to call twice to get it changed to my mobile as my business partner was out of town. They offered me a service where I can do this on my own, but I will need to pay a $50 set-up fee and my calls will increase by 30-40% per call. All this just so I can do it as they regularly screw it up. Can anyone recommend another company?
We use Alltel for our business and they are fantastic. The products and service are second to none. The sales team were great, thanks to Trish for setting us up. Jona was terrific with support along with Charlie who has been great with our accounts. Please keep up the good work
