Finally! A phone company that takes the time to hear what you have to say. I have direct contact with the same person and don't get bounced around having to go through everything allover again.
Jay has been great and I would highly recommend Alltel and Jay.

Innovative platform and great customer service! I had the opportunity to work with Jay, and Alltel for my work's new business vertical, and the entire execution to set up a new 1800 call management system & inbound and call tracking services were excellent. Great in pricing, prompt in response, and quite an added value to your business if you're looking for a professional call service. Highly recommended.

I am really satisfied with the service provided to me by Kevin. He is from the Technical Support Team and had assisted me with organizing the time for our answering service. He is very patient and he had walk me through with all of the steps. Not just that, he also make sure that the steps provided to me will be easily understood. Again, Kevin thanks for your time! Excellent service and customer support!
And a huge shoutout to Kevin, Alltel's Service Delivery Supervisor who handled my Support Request. Kevin was notably professional, patient and communicative when assisting with my support ticket. In addition, he was a pleasure to deal with. All of the things you would come to hope for as a customer. I highly recommend Alltel, not only for it's service but for their customer support team as well.

Fantastic customer service. Been with Alltel for over 6 months now and the staff have been super helpful every time I call in. My answering service with them has been a god sent.

Phones have been down for a week now, keep getting promises of when they will be back up and keep not coming through. Has had a massive effect on our business. Apparently they kept a load of data on an old legacy server and didn't bother to back it up.

After a week of no phones they seem totally oblivious of the damage they are doing to peoples businesses

22/02/2022 Update: Managed to email the Co-founder who waived all my account charges and was cable to cancel my account without any fee. Added two stars for this. Only get a business number if you're already having revenue otherwise companies like these will charge you through the nose per call, voicemail or whatever they can charge you for they will at 45 cents per minute and pro-rata per second.

Original review:

Anyone had to deal with Alltel Australia (offshore but quick reply no customer empathy support) ? Pretty fed up with this customer service and lack of alerting or transparency around pricing. I don't think I ever received a call from the number (except one wrong call by another business and just myself) and they charge extras for these.

I also seemed to have been charged a monthly subscription fee 1 month earlier than the stated 6 months free. My first invoice was in July 2021 and it's only February 2022 and I seem to have 3 charges of monthly subscriptions and they will continue to charge a monthly fee despite the service being suspended due to me wanting an explanation of why my charges drastically shot up from a few cents a month to $10+ a month. I will be reporting this to the Ombudsman, TIO and ACCC if it's not resolved in a timely manner. I will not be threatened to pay an extra cent I am not satisfied with.

$20 reconnection fee to cancel which also incurs a $25 fee + 30 days. Never using a business number again or Alltel. Not worth it unless you have a real need.

Furthermore, I could view my Critical Information Summary from my Alltel account and could not login to their inbound number manager. (Requires a separate username and password). Such a shame, I had high hopes from the company's nice website. Never again. You burned this customer and probably many others.

Always use Debit cards for this and keep your account at $0 and use PayPal where possible.

One company living up to their promises! I don't bother with any other telecommunication companies now. Responsive, reliable, smart, excellent communicators, solution focused, stress free one stop shop. Excellent.

Amazing experience, Great to deal, Never on hold and always deal with the same people through out the connection process, Telstra made a mess with my NBN connection 2 months without internet. AlTell had it going in less than 2 weeks fixing Telstra Errors, wouldn't look any further for internet.

I have got two 1300 number via Alltel, very happy with the service and highly recommend.
Meera helped me for both numbers and she’s great, her customer service and support is wonderful!

Recent buy review: Subscribed for their GO1300 plan, which doesn't cost any rent as we don't have too many calls coming in. So far so good. Found an amazing 1300 number. Plus their customer service is good as well. Online portal to manage account is very user friendly. Based on my initial experience, I would recommend Alltel.

Very prompt and dedicated service by Alltel, especially Carmela. She is very detailed in her instructions and takes time to answer all your questions whether it be on the phone or through emails. We have been utilizing Alltel services for our business for the last 2 years and highly recommend them to other business owners as well.
