AVOID JULIA HATCH - Extremely Dissatisfying Experience

Made multiple errors on my conveyancing documents, refused to take ownership, shift blame to client, demeaning, disrespectful, rude, insulting, unprofessional, no apologies for her mistake, not even a single sorry.

If it's your first time selling then I would not recommend here. I had no introductions, explanation of the process, just rude and abrupt emails and was also moved from one person to another without any contact, then received a random email asking for forms from a third person.

Extremely satisfied with the Allied team at Frankston. Excellent service and affordability. My partner and i dealt with Sarah and Danielle and they were very helpful and knowledgeable from viewing sections 32, keeping track of our loan application and all the way to final settlement. They were fantastic. Thanks again Allied! Money well spent! Will be coming back again soon:)
