All Seasons Holiday Park

Beautiful cabins, very clean. Amenities are fabulous. We recently just visited to use the splash park, which the kids loved! Close to the main shops and staff were welcoming and friendly. A nice place to stay with the family.

I am a bit of a fuss pot when it comes to caravan parks. We stayed on a powered site. They are very tight sites so good luck if you have a big caravan. The pool was heated and nice but it needs to be bigger. Lucky we were there the week school went back in Victoria. There would be no room to move in that pool in busy times. We were told the water park was heated too but it was not. Kids complained that the water was freezing. Jumping pillow not inflated enough. Kids loved the pump track. Not a big caravan park but nice smooth bitumen for kids to scoot around on. Camp kitchen clean and adequate. BUT they probably have some of the worst bathroom facilities I have ever used at a caravan park. They need to be demolished. The ensuite sites looked even worse. Only 3 showers and 3 toilets in the shower block and one morning I couldn't even get hot water in my shower. Sorry to be negative but I probably wouldn't bother returning.

I was fortunate to be able to stay here on a Easter weekend. Very tidy and very clean.
I will stay here again!

Great place to get away for the entire family. Equipped with a well maintained pool and water slides, our family was entertained the entire weekend. We stayed in the deluxe cabins, in front of the water slides which were very well appointed. We'll definitely be back. Btw: Park and amenities are very clean.

Rooms are neat clean and tidy. Beautifully kept grounds and facilities great family feel and front off is friendly on arrival.

Beautiful park, great clean amenities and so much to keep the kids entertained! It's such a pity that on the last day we turned up for a pontoon we had booked to find the booking had been screwed up and we were made to take our 9 guests, including four young children that were super excited to be going on a boat off the pontoon for another custermet. Unfortunately all staff played the blame game and we were left to pick up the pieces. Very disappointing and ruined what was otherwise a fantastic stay in Mildura.

Stay was okay. However, the issues after the payment is absolutely painful.
They gave me a invoice for $344.00 and charged $1042.80. When I have complained about this they are not even listening me and keep on telling that the name (ALLSEASONS CVAN PARK MILDURA VIC) doe snot match with their account name and they have charged only $344.00 but there is no such transaction available on my statement. I have provided all the proofs and details. Still helpless. If they were genuine and honest, they should have apologised and refunded my money.

Stayed in a Luxury Family Cabin. Very nice, and the kids had a great time in the pool and splash park. The cabin was nice and close to the pool and kid playground.

We had a fantastic stay here at All seasons. Great facilities, kids enjoyed the water park and the pool for hours each day. We booked last minute so only was able to book the older executive cabin which you can tell is a bit old but it was spotless clean which was very impressive. Will sure stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic. Couldn't fault this place. Rooms spotless. And I mean spotless. Had everything we needed. Even had a coffee machine. With pods. Pools were clean. Water slide area clean. Luv to go back. It's the best place to stay in Mildura. 10-STARS.

So much to love about this holiday park! My kids didn’t sit still all week. Had a ball on the pump track, splash park and pool, made a heap of friends and didn’t want to come home. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Reception was nice and the girls in there sorted anything that we needed quickly. Park was so clean and inviting. Cabin was modern, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool is on the smaller side and gets busy on hot days. Waterslide in the splash park are so much fun! I rate this park 9/10. A bigger or 2nd pool would make it the perfect 10!

I stayed in the Aqua-rise room.

Things to consider: The stairs are no joke in the Aqua rise and are not child friendly at all! This is neither bad or good, just something people should be more aware off because the stairs are very steep. Also, located on a highway, other reviews mention being bothered by this, I personally wasn’t but if you are maybe find different accommodation.

The good; water park is cool, although my daughter (4) was scared of it, so didn’t use it, but more brave children had a blast on it. Loved the pool, the bigger part of the pool was slightly colder than the toddler pool but the toddler pool was the perfect size my the little ones! Spent most of our time in here. The playground, jumping pillow and games rooms was great too! Although remember to bring some $2 coins for the play room! Parking was great in the Aqua rise, with plenty of room. Room was clean, and everything you need. TVs in every room that work well, plenty of utensils.

The bad: let’s start with the biggest thing: AIRCON CAN ONLY BE USED BETWEEN 20c - 22c, unless apparently the unit will freeze over and it’ll be unusable for 3 hours. Stating the obvious, but get it fixed. For over $200 a night, you are being paid enough to have correctly working aircon that guest can use at ANY temperature they please.
The beds are uncomfortable, and small, partner ended up choosing to sleep on the lounge because it was more comfortable. You can feel every moment in the unit next door as well as hear every conversation. $100 charge if you don’t wash the dishes, but ridiculous.

Overall; I recommend the park, but not the Aquarise.

Great place to stay, fantastic facilities for children very friendly park, walking distance to shops.

Cabin was clean and tidy with plenty of space for us despite only booking the basic (Deluxe) cabin. Heaps for kids to do, the jumping pillow was a huge hit! Unfortunately there was a lot of rubbish amongst the sand around the jumping pillow and playground including used bandages and pieces of broken glass. Service okay.

Only way to improve would be to make up the bunk beds rather than leaving it to the guests. Even then a fantastic place to stay

Stayed for a week in a Luxury Family cabin. Great facilities for the kids, they loved the playground, jumping pillow, basketball court, skate park thing, and of course the splash park and waterslides. Cabin was clean, new, plenty of space, even had a dishwasher which is pretty rare for caravan parks. Could do with some softer lighting but overall brilliant.

Stayed in the aqua units, modern and comfortable, heaps of parking space, the external stairs from neighbouring unit rocks the whole unit when someone is using them, the balcony overlooks the kids water playground so lots of happy noise between about 0930 to 1830 but otherwise can't fault them, would definitely book again

Great place to stay! They have brand new cabins which I highly recommend! The water park is amazing and they have so much to offer. Great location also
