All Seasons Holiday Park

Great place to bring family. Kids made full use of the playground, pump track, pool, and water slides. We stayed in the aqua rise apartments which overlooked the waterpark. So convenient for the kids. Bedrooms got VERY hot in the afternoon and evening with the setting sun. But apartment was very clean and modern. Staff were great, helpful and friendly.

Myself and family stayed in Deluxe 16. Disappointed is an understatement, besides the fact that Receptionist was very rude to us, embarrassed us infront of strangers regarding payment issues. Upon departure i actually mentioned this to another work colleague and she new exactly who i was talking about straight away (we refereed her to the lady with the accent), the colleague responded with "no comment" with her eyebrows raised and apologised on her behalf, the room we stayed in was very small, the shower was clogged so badly that it made a pool of water at our ankles of just filth not to mention the black soap scum along shower fittings and screen, I took photos for reference. Couches are a red frame but the cushions and backing were so filthy they were black from built up fitlh. For how much money they made off us surely they could of provided better quality furniture for future stays. I had to ask Receptionist for washing detergent and sponge to clean the filthy BBQ area that she claimed they are cleaned twice a day, they were absolutely putrid. Considering we travelled 6hrs to stay at this holiday park it was definitely a let down, especially with the cost of off-peak was outrageous. The black grim rim around the pool was so thick and slippery i could write my name in it with my finger, other than my kids not caring for it they enjoyed the slides and water park. WiFi was awful we ended hot spotting the TV to watch anything also which was extremely annoying.

It’s such a shame that the customer service here is so horrible as the park itself has so many family friendly facilities and so nice and central. The manager here has very poor customer service. After being advised if I am not happy don’t stay there because they are booked out regardless of me there or not so her customer service can’t be too bad. Hopefully the owner does see this review as you declined to provide me any contact information to discuss our encounter saying all emails were to come to you- with a laugh. Your rude customer service left me in tears and really left a sour spot on our trip. As you advised if I’m not happy don’t stay here, so we won’t be.

The location is very good.
On arrival the staff were not all that welcoming. We had booked a long site and were reassured that our van would fit on the site. We had to back up to the site behind us to assure the A frame was off the asphalt. The sites are small.
We weren’t able to open our awning at all due to low tree branches and couldn’t get any coverage for the TV.
The office assured us they would look at it, they didn’t and we still have no coverage.
The amenities are ‘tired’.
Better options available. We wouldn’t choose this park again.

I recently stayed here whilst travelling with a large group and we were very well looked after.

We (2A, 2C) stayed at All Seasons Holiday Park for 4 nights over the Australia Day long weekend. The booking process, check-in and cleanliness of the cabin and facilities was excellent. Walking distance to major supermarkets and shopping centre.

Our kids (4 and 7) were very impressed with the water park, swimming pool, jumping pillow and pump track for theor scooters. Thumbs up all round here! During our stay, the park had high occupancy however it didn't feel crowded.

We stayed in a Deluxe cabins and the only gripe we had was the matresses were not in very good condition in both rooms. The mattress springs could be felt when lying on the double bed and the foam mattresses on the bunk beds were very thin and the wooden slats could be felt. We appreciate the fact that replacing mattresses are a large expense and although we did read this feedback in other reviews we still stayed with you. If the beds were upgraded then we would give 5 stars.

Overall, we highly recommend this park to familes with children.

Great park close to everything you'd need (supermarket, shops, food). Heated water park which is great for the kids even though the weather has been freezing this year, they've been able to have some fun.

Great stay staff were friendly and helpful and the Park itself had excellent amenities for our 4 year old and 3 year old. The luxury cabins were amazing and had everything you could need. We also loved the park vibe.most of the guests decorated their cabins with Halloween decorations and handed out sweets to the kids in the park who had dressed up. Highly recommended

Unfortunately we had to cancel our stay due to family illness in these bad times. I want to thank Jody and Veronica for being understanding and refunding my daughter’s deposit, even though the late notice was unavoidable. It was a considerable amount for a single mum. We shall definitely one day be staying at your park, it looks fantastic for children.
Your discretion is much appreciated.

We rented one of the cheap on-site vans and we were very happy with it. Lots of things for the kids to do. Good location. We'll be back again.

Worst experience I’ve ever received at any caravan park, absolute worst staff / customer service. How can you be so rude to everyone? The 3 other families travelling all agree with us and would recommend staying anywhere else in Mildura unless you want no hot water, (it’s shared in the cabins so if your neighbour takes a hot shower it takes 4 hours to fill back up) ants in your cabin, springs digging into your back when you try sleep, dirty bed sheets, mouldy kettle, wifi doesn’t work, the list goes on…. We are all so disgusted!

This is the place to stay of your traveling as a Family or a Couple! Fantastic location, Cabins and Caravan sites available and are extremely well looked after inside and out.
The Heated Water park and pool are fabulous for the kids and big kids! Jumping balloon, small skate park, basketball area, and park are perfect, Scooter & Buggy hire for the kids aswell. Definitely will be returning next time we travel down

Top place for the kids with a water park, playgrounds, basketball rim and even a mini skate park. Close to shops, pubs and 15mins from the airport!

I am a bit of a fuss pot when it comes to caravan parks. We stayed on a powered site. They are very tight sites so good luck if you have a big caravan. The pool was heated and nice but it needs to be bigger. Lucky we were there the week school went back in Victoria. There would be no room to move in that pool in busy times. We were told the water park was heated too but it was not. Kids complained that the water was freezing. Jumping pillow not inflated enough. Kids loved the pump track. Not a big caravan park but nice smooth bitumen for kids to scoot around on. Camp kitchen clean and adequate. BUT they probably have some of the worst bathroom facilities I have ever used at a caravan park. They need to be demolished. The ensuite sites looked even worse. Only 3 showers and 3 toilets in the shower block and one morning I couldn't even get hot water in my shower. Sorry to be negative but I probably wouldn't bother returning.

Lots of fun things to do for kids, waterslides are awesome but hurt your back if you have no rashy on. Sites are awesome ensuites are a little old and look gross but they are fine. Fun things to do in the park (Pool/spa, totem tennis, jumpy pillow, basketball court, playground and pump track) will be back!
