Alfred Nicholas Memorial Garden reviews
68Very beautiful park! Nice walk, short and long! The upper pools are beautiful! I recommend if you're in the area!
Not bad! Just not alot to see and parking is limited. Will go again during spring or Autumn
If you have any back problems probably not the best but overall it is great for kids and adults/families
Love this place to go exporting and walking e
With family. Seems to have quite a bit of history!
Gorgeous gardens hidden in the hills. The entrance is a little confusing to find if you've not been there before. From the car park, (opposite side of the road) walk out the main driveway/entrance, cross the road, turn left and walk down 50m. The entrance gates are huge and grandiose. It's easy to mistake the entrance for houses. #3 is opposite the car park. (This is a private property.) Walk down to the lake takes about 10 mins and is 700m from entrance, down hill.
Steps and ramps exist making this accessible for the handicapped.
The most beautiful place to get lost in. A great example of tropical Australian flora and fauna in Victoria
Very beautiful T the right time of year.
Not very big.
Not to difficult to walk,
A bit Hill walking involved.
It is a great garden to visit for the weekend, especially during autumn for nice yellow leaves on the branches, all over the ground and pond surface.
It will be an enjoyable walk with friends or family members, breathing fresh air with nice scenes.
Finding parking could be challenging during the busy period of time (weekend and autumn season). We ended up parking on the side of the road, walking back on a muddy road with no dedicated path for pedestrians is a bit scary, especially curved road parts.
Beautiful gardens set in rainforest backdrop. Can be steep in some sections so if mobility is an issue you may not be able to go everywhere but there are generally gentle winding paths down the hillside. Great place for a picnic with family.
Nice place but need lots of repairs. It would be much better if it is lookaftered better. Otherwise recommend for a visit. Lake area is beutiful.
Beautiful gardens with lots to explore. The lake is super pretty and the sunken pathway quite fun. Unfortunately lots of damage still from the storm recently.
Very nice and picturesque!
It is however quite a descent down and back up again. I can see this not being suitable for the elderly or others with physical limitations. Even observed those with prams struggling.
But otherwise a beautiful environment!
Would have been delightful.only a lot of trees down lot of debris and a tree actually fell down in front of us whilst walking along the path.scared the bagjeebers out of me
A good place to have a stroll, if it is close to home I would frequently visit it. Find a quiet place to reflect and de-stress and practise mindfulness. Autumn leaves are beautiful.
The lake down the bottom is quite picturesque and worth the short walk down. The little islands are off limits and under repair now but still nice to walk to.
A beautiful place to take the dogs for a walk or have a picnic with some friends. Currently closed due to storms.
The park is so amazing. Feeling like walking in a magical forest.
It is so wonderful and relax to come here during the autumn
Breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful. One of the most beautiful places in the Dandenong Ranges. Amazing place to take photos.
Today was a lot of people, so many stress to find parking spot and take photo. Park its brautiful but brige was closed on main lake that really sad (
