ALDI Sunshine

I am addicted to this supermarket. Love the special buys. Fantastic products at great prices. The staff are polite and friendly. One of the best supermarkets that provides excellent customer service. Well done. Very satisfied customer ️

Aldi Sunshine is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and plenty of stock to go round. I was able to find what I wanted.

Just like most aldi, shopping centre is pots but aldi is easy parking and that's it nothing special not nicer area west

Very nice and clean. Store was well stocked and items were nice and easy to find. Staff were friendly and courteous. Overall a great experience.

Fozen dinners from here are alright better quality that Coles or safeway plus always got some good specials on things you wouldn't expect plus things you can buy that you couldn't get at your Coles or safeway

Plus alright alcohol prices:)

I find that Aldi sells out WAY too quickly of some of their Special Buys but other than that, it's a great place to shop, especially after the rennovations at this store. Not always the cheapest, especially when compared to the fresh food markets nearby, but usually of decent quality for a good price. The interior looks so much nicer than it was before (though it was perfectly functional before).

The Checkout staff had served the customer behind me, when i was right infornt of her. When they want us to wait in a Queue to be served then first come fist serve should be the rule. Didn't even apologize for her doing, very rude. A terrible experience at Aldi Sunshine. I hope they improve their customer experience standards here.
Worst experience delivered again on 6th Dec, Customer Service staff were rude and impolite to extreme lengths. I had self experienced and witnessed one other customer frustrated due to their behaviour and left the counter after canceling their sale.
Please don't brag your self as having most satisfied customer award 2020 when your team can't even deliver acceptable customer experience.

I love this place since it has been updated with alcohol section, it is just so beautiful from outside

My room mate asked an Asian dude with glasses where she can find yeast.he pretty rudely said and I quote in chinese accent " we not sell yeast here for 20 years". Okay.

It's my favourite Aldi store. Some of the staff there are so nice and they don't rush you to bag your groceries.

No point in posting my dissapointment specifically as aldi most likely would do nothing about it

I normally don't give bad feedback. However one of the female staff at this Aldi store is not a good presentation of the company. She has a bad attitude, is arrogant and on several occasions (because I am a regular shopper) have seen her provide bad service to several customers, and other staff need to apologise on her behalf. I try to turn a blind eye, but I shouldn't have to.

Restrictions on toilet rolls one per family. Husband walks out with one, wife with another.ha ha,

I really like this place! Today I lost my purse which I most likely left on the packing tables. The lady who served me was great letting me know no one had returned a purse. Came back again half an hour later but no one was on the floor to ask. No number to contact the store itself. The Aldi numbers over the weekend were of no use. NOT their fault I know. I love Aldi but I would like to be able to call and ask them when I find yself in this situation.was pretty devastating.

Great range of cheap products but service really lets them down. On a recent visit a cashier thought it was perfectly ok to put his hands in my partners bag and trawl around to check for stollen goods. Not only did I inform him he needed permission to check bags, but it was also illegal for him to touch customers property in any way. The staff need to be re-trained and informed on what is acceptable behaviour under consumer law.

Aldi is a great supermarket. Great customer service, friendly staff, plenty of smiles to go around. Excellent quality produce at even better prices. Aldi wins, hands down, best supermarket experience. Well done guys!

Bad attitude, bad customer service, ignorent and she really does enjoy her job, just a hunch. Not worth one star.

Small cozy but full of stuff, some stuff will be a bit messy here and there but for the most part ALDI ain't bad, manager allows you to get a refund or replacement most of the time of you have warranty. Good not bad.
