ALDI Sunshine

Inexperienced staff that don't know about Australian Consumer Law. I bought one of their special buy products which was faulty. I was refused because it was more than 60 days. Even though it was less than 12 months old and I had a receipt. I mentioned ACL but it fell on deaf ears.

The closest Aldi to home. Getting abused though by random shoplifters, already witnessed many occasions of staff chasing people out with unpaid items. All prices have gone up kow adays. Nothing is cheap.

Such an ill mannered INDIAN security guard. So rude and unprofessional! Needs more training how to behave.

Love Aldi. What more can I say. Great shop. Some good savings too. Shame they didn't take over the old woolies store so I wouldn't have so far to go. I often don't stop in there bcos it's so far out of the way in sunshine plaza. I am disabled which makes it even harder to go all the way down the corridor to go in.

Prices are quite good, lots of specials friendly atmosphere, also saw bargain shiraz wine called Small Things nice drop, easy shopping

What can I say about this amazing place it’s Aldi that’s all you need to know.

Go to the middle aisle and get the good stuff.

Great grocery shop and an anchor store in d Sunshine Plaza. The whole s/c will go down without it. I think

It's ok. Just put in photos for people. 1. HV McKay reserve 2. Church fronting it 3. Descending steps to HV McKay reserve 4. Rainbow over carpark near Harvester Rd.

Fruit and vegetables ok bread and milk ok don't waste your money on meat was not happy with the quality of beef sizzling steak chewed on it for ages marinated chicken rubbery pork poor quality not happy with meat at all (back to the butcher) Update. 18/05/22. Seems as though ALDI has run out of toilet paper, last 4 visits none to be seen. Update 27/06/22. Still no toilet paper

Great place for shopping, cheaper price than other big supermarkets.

Very spacious with big aisles, very clean and tidy too.

Huge range of products and stuffs. You would be surprised on what you can find here!

Picked up an empty box from one of the staff that doing the restock then make my way out to the counter after unloading the goods and scanned when about the pay.the **** BEHIND THE COUNTER said to me can you lift the box up please? ! WHAT THE ****? ! I said to him have a guess whats under the box? I said to him since you ask nicely you can have the box back! Train your staff again or replace them before this place gets worst and worst!

Far cheaper shopping here compared to other big supermarkets, food is very fresh and have some items on special that others will never be able to compete with

We raised our family on Aldi food. Brilliant place to shop. Always clean, neat and tidy and the prices are soooo cheap.

If you're shopping at Woolies or Coles, you're throwing your money away. For $350 we can FILL our trolley with food. Try doing that at Woolies or Coles.

Rude customer service, unfriendly cashier and "How are you" only as formality The reason why people still make this store as their weekly go to groceries store is because Aldi still cheaper compare to the other giant supermarket and closer to where they live and not because of their good service.

This store is my regular weekend shopping, like most of Aldi store, like shopping there but not for vegetables and fruits, I feel the vegi and fruit are expensive.

Good prices on your everyday items but the range is a bit more limited compared to the big 2 and there is not as many staff around if you need something. Otherwise a good place to shop first before getting the rest of what you need from a bigger supermarket

I never would shop at Aldi because you had to buy pre-packed fruit & vege but now you can pick your own, also the meat is great, its states on the pack where it is grown & from, l have brought mince from all the major supermarkets and seriously Aldi's has the less fat when l cook it. I can't believe l am saying this but l am converted

Shocking experience just after my purchase I asked for a cash out. The girl at the checkout with tattooes told me ''Sorry you have to buy again to get the cashout'' such a poor body language she has shown was very rude.
