Food is great, but the service is letting this place down. I have been many times and every time I've been disappointed by the lack of good customer service. Either the order was late or wrong. And worse, the staff didn't apologise.

Very poor customer service. We ordered 2 take away sandwiches, paid $30.00 and waited 20 minutes (food is nice). We are definitely not coming back to this place.

They advertise on their website and externally that they're open til 4 on weekends but refused to serve us at 3.30 because they're 'closing early'? Pretty poor! Won't bother coming back.

Good food but the service is average, not enough assistance offered, very slow kitchen, waited 45 minutes for brunch

The service was slow, even when we were the only table. The food was ok.

Edit: After reading other reviews, the slow service was common, and the price doesn't justify the food quality. This place has indeed been on a decline.

I probably won't recommend this place for someone new to Point Cook.

Food is tasty. Little bit on the slower side to come out even on a non busy day. And staff aren't warm. Not at all rude, but not welcoming.

Great coffee, big breakfast was average. Nice atmosphere although popular with parents with young kids so it can get noisy.

DISAPPOINTING. Where to start.went in for brunch with my partner, 40min for the food to arrive which 30min of them the chef was on his phone! And by the look of things he was the only one. We were one of the 3 tables in total waiting to be served. No excuse for this delay. The more upsetting part was facing the dishes (I wish I could post the photos). I had the eggs Benedict (description: smoked lean ham, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce on sourdough $15.5) what arrived: a slice of sourdough with 3 slices of smoked ham from Coles, 2 overcooked poached eggs, hollandaise sauce. That's it! No garnish, nothing, plain. My partner ordered the avo smash with salmon (description: Avocado Luxe, with rocket, avocado, feta, poached eggs, and French dressing $21.8)
What arrived: a slice of sourdough with plain rocket, avocado and feta mix, 2 overcooked poached eggs with 2 slices of smoked salmon fillet from Coles. Both of the dishes had no seasoning. It's really sad to see a cafe in an area with very little competition to serve like that. No questions if I will ever come back.

We use to religiously come here every Sunday and order 2x Eggs Royal with Salmon and a side of fries. Spending $68.00 per visit.
The coffee use to be the best in Point Cook as we are fussy coffee conensures. But once the Indian manager left it truly went down hill and rapidly too I might add. We no longer go here which is a shame cause it is walking distances from our home. The plants and outside area are never cared for or maintained and the coffee is disgusting now. The chef's are amazing but it has lost that appeal, the staff are continually changing and the music needs to change as its the same playlist from three years ago! Really feel management need to be addressed a revamp needs to occur to save this once loved Gem in Point Cook. The fries and Salmon are small servings now

Used to come to this place often in the past with my wife. We always order the same thing and returned because we never had a problem and felt it was a safe option on the weekend. I think it has changed ownership since then and the food quality has decreased significantly. We had ordered French toast and we're presented with bread that was fried in egg wash without any cinnamon or vanilla on a plate and felt like we paid an exorbitant amount for just a slice of bread on the plate. The service was also a disappointment because my meal was served to someone who ordered after myself in a favor of nepotism. Won't be returning here unless the quality sees a revolution of some sort.

The food here is always so good! Even the black pudding, which makes me squeamish. I love that the outdoor seating is dog friendly. Even if it does mean my dog stares at my plate longingly. The view is gorgeous! A small pond with waterbirds makes me feel like this is way more luxurious than it probably is.

This time round there was a hair in my food and I had to wait for it to be remade, so my family finished their meals before I got to start, but it's Mother's Day; they're very busy and it was nice to sit with my family.

Very disappointing in all aspects. Service - unattended for long until we asked for after walking in, no water served, long waits, inexperienced staff, super cold service.

Food portions too small, cold and not tasty as it looked from the photos. Coffee was good. Overall, heaps of areas to improve.

Weekend menu has good assortment. Nice ambience, clean. Food took a bit longer and we were very hungry! Overall I would recommend going here again!

Fantastic service-excellent coffee and food. Staff willing to 'go the extra mile ' for clients: viz Ude, Veronica, Annil and Carlos. A most convivial and relaxing atmosphere promoted.

I've been a regular customer since my first visit.
The coffee is excellent and my favorite bacon is cooked to perfection.
Can’t think of a better place for breakfast.
