Aktrapid have had a lot of staff changes since I started working for them. They started off very good and then unfortunately went downhill and were terribly unorganised. The latest staff changes have made a tremendous difference and they are now so much better - professional, efficient and friendly.

Was so excited to work for Aktrapid. But was given 1 shift in 3 months. Was told to stop calling and asking for shift and they were coming up soon. Disappointed!

I worked as an Enrolled Nurse capacity with Aktrapid for more than 9 months. When I need a study break, Aktrapid let me have a study break, while keeping the employment with them. Now I am a Registered Nurse and hope to continue to work with Aktrapid.

They accomodate almost all the shifts that I request week in week out and their staff are so friendly and fantastic, particularly Ben (your too nice!)! Ive been with Aktrapid for 9 months and enjoyed every shift Ive been given. I find the staff professional, supportive and always willing to help. I regularly get the shifts I require/request each week. And I highly recommend this nursing agency. I'm very happy with them.

Some office staff can be a bit rude to nurses. Recently joined them and I have never been treated the the way they did by my two other nursing agencies (who btw, are paying me the right pay rates and recognised my RN year/classification).
