I've done a couple of cycles with them in the past, even been blessed with an lovely baby girl. There's no messing around at Primary, although they are bulk billed and the fees are not as much as the big shot private clinics, they've always maintained their professionalism and have assisted me in our common goal. The reception staff are wonderful, being the first point of contact, they've always treated me more like a friend rather than a "customer" or "patient" which allows a certain sense of comfort whilst going through such a stressful time. They're ability to assist me whenever i need to speak to a nurse is amazing too as its a busy environment but they are always willing to help. The phone lines are a bit busy but that's nothing compared to being on hold with centrelink! The nursing staff are wonderful and always ensure i am given proper instructions before starting my injections. At the end of the day all my husband and i wanted was a baby and they helped us get that and i couldn't be more thankful.

Went here for my 1st appointment. It was with a doctor, not the specialist yet. She spoke so fast and felt a bit rush. Will see how it goes later on. We left with some confusion. Will like to see any allowed time to discuss instead of feeling pushed out of the room sooner.

Never pick the phone when you call- gotta call like more than 10 times- receptionists are sometimes rude- they cannot give exact information and it can be so frustrating when they are the first contact people.

Lovely Doctors but terrible customer service staff and 45 min waiting every time you call. Recommend private IVF companies now that Bupa and Medicare assist with costs.

Lovely experience and lovely treatment by all staff members! A lot of people are complaining about the phones but its not their fault as they had issues with their phone network, to overcome this we are always given other methods of contact such as email so if the phone lines don't go through i have the option of sending an email. Everyone has been so nice to me through my treatment so far and the receptionists and nurses put in a lot of effort to help me out.

The receptionist is the rudest person I’ve ever met. She sets the image for the place and starts off the experience really unwelcoming.

The doctor was nice/professional. The receptionist may not be receiving the correct hormones however?

Terrible service.
Receptionist with ego's they have audacity to talk back at paying Customer
& attitude wont Return calls days later.
Your meant to be having a Baby with these people.

My local Butcher has more compassion and Customer Service Skills.
Fire all bimbo Secretary's wanabee Doctors.
Never go here Again.you'll see puzzles once you look.

I had a really great experience with Primary IVF.
The reception team were lovely and the doctors explained everything really clearly. My partner and I were diagnosed with unexplained infertility, we went through the IVF process, were successful and are now looking forward to meeting our baby boy in a few weeks. I can't thank Primary IVF enough for helping us make a dream come true.

Excellent clinic with a very precise and clear process. Reception team, nurses and doctors (particularly Dr Walmsley) were all very helpful and supportive. We are currently 9 weeks pregnant from our first round of IVF thanks to Primary IVF.

We have had or second appointment with primary ivf Preston both the doctor and the specialist have been fantastic and have picked up on things that my last fertility clinic failed to.
The receptionist are also great they call to make sure you remember appointments and book as many relevant appointments on the same day so you don't have to take mutilpule days off work.

We are extremely happy with the leave of care we are receiving from the clinic. I couldn't speak more highly of them.

Was turned away by this mob after requesting information on IVF services for my partner and I. Being a lesbian couple, as we were told, did not fit their 'one-size-fits-all organisational structure. ' Affordable IVF for everyone, if you're not a second-class citizen.

Awful and upsetting. My first visit I sat down with a GP who was a very old white man who yelled at me that I was menopausal and it was too late for me at age 37 and sent me packing. I would go so far a to say my experience was traumatic.

I had a lovely experience with Primary Ivf in Preston. Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists are all very professional, thorough and also very kind. I did 2 rounds of Ivf treatment with the 2nd one being successful:) I highly recommend this clinic!

Receptionists are useless and unwelcoming. Make you feel uncomfortable from the very moment you walk in. As someone said in this review thread, it doesn't hurt to smile. Will update my review if my impression changes down the road.

The Dr Bharathi Menon was openly discussing a female patients diagnosis of Syphilis and that she had treated them in the surgery recently with a group of fellow colleges in the waiting area loudly. Totally inappropriate and clearly this doctor has no respect for client confidentiality at all. The place is so disorganized and they didn't seem to care much for the sensitive subject they were dealing with. Waste of time.
