Adina Apartment Hotel on Flinders

Amazing experience. Stayed in the loft and it was perfect. Staff was INCREDIBLE. I travel a lot and this is in my top 3 holidays.

Awesome apartment in the heart of Melbourne with a tram stop at the door, we loved our stay at Adina. Looking forward to staying here again.

The air conditioner sounded like industrial machinery. Very noisy.
Cleaning was sub-standard. Train noise from the trains going past.
Showered head needed adjusting.

I wouldn't recommend staying there.
Location was ok.

Staff are amazing, rooms are nice and the beds are super comfortable. Gym was quite tired and the one working elevator was creepy and sounded like it was going to break at any moment. Great location with frontage over the river.

We stayed in the newly renovated Loft apartments for the long weekend and were blown away. The room we had was incredible. Spacious, well appointed, wonderful bathroom and the added bonus of a washer and dryer.

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful stay.

Location was excellent, quiet and a convince store right next door.

Amazing location and the staff were incredible even with a massive refurb happening. Definitely stay again for short city trips

This is a good hotel. Nice facilities, clean and central location. Relatively close to everything, with convenient IGA outside. Had some construction during our stay but staff very pleasant.

Rooms are in need of a update, great location the whole place need some TLC it hasn't changed 10tear

We booked one night here as we were going to a concert at Rod Laver. Staff were friendly, our room was a one bedroom apartment with a balcony that looked over the train tracks towards the MCG, Rod Laver Arena, the Arts Centre and NGV - unfortunately we didn’t get a great sleep because we aren’t used to the train noise, but other than that it was a great location and only a 10 min walk to Rod Laver.

On a side note - be careful where you park! We also made the mistake of parking in the Wilson’s car park next door, parking from 3pm Sunday to about 9.30am Sunday was $75! (Purely our fault and no blame or criticism of Adina Apartments at all - just an FYI for other guests)

Very spacious two bedroom apartment, great for a family with kids, plenty of room for them to run around in! Great location, and super useful having an IGA mini-mart right next door. On-site parking was $25 a day, expensive but reasonable in the grand scheme of things (private car parks next door around $45 per day). Usual Hotel niggles applied - remote control with flat batteries, extension cord in bedroom wasn’t working so one bedside table lamp couldn’t be used, poor ventilation in bedroom so you have to “waft” into the hallway to aerate ‍️. Whilst the decor was a bit bland, it was all a relatively good condition and everything looked/felt clean. Staff at reception was friendly and welcoming. Overall great for an overnight stay, would definitely work as a basecamp for several days in the city.

Bedroom extremely noisy at night with drumming of motor. Possibly air con. Shower over bath very hard for elderly. Very old and tired.

Have stayed here many times but have not for nearly 3 years due to restrictions. So was very surprised to see how run down this place had become. Room extremely noisy, carpets, wall and lounge suite extremely dirty. Bathroom tiles and grout moldy. Furniture outdated. Sliding door to balcony wouldn't lock. Made a complaint when we left also overheard others as they were leaving doing the same. It's a pity because it is in a great location but sadly if it doesn't get fixed up we won't be staying again.

Perfect location. We were on the 15th floor in a 2 bedroom apartment that was spacious with amazing views. Highly recommended

Great location, clean spacious 2 bdm 2 bathroom apartment with balcony. Very big kitchen, the beds were nice and firm slept like a baby.

Arrived at the hotel to find out that our room had been given away because they called the "wrong number", had to fight to get our room back then were asked to pay another $100 on top of our already $300 room (we were told that the $100 would be back in our account between 5-10 days), when we finally got to our room our 2 room keys didn't work and I was forced to go back downstairs and wait for our keys to be properly implemented.
Now nearly 3 weeks after staying at the hotel we have not received our $100 back and they have masked the transaction from our bank account.

Apart from only having 1 lift working and the logistics of check in was very slow found the apartment lovely and clean. 2nd bathroom (with tub) wasn't as clean as the rest of apartment. Friendly and helpful staff and location is perfect if attending Rod Laver or Central city

Pros: very large apartment, good furniture, comfortable bed, close to nightlife

Cons: VERY noisy, forget about sleeping in. Decor is average.

Left my phone charger in my room after checking out and when I returned to retrieve it later that day the manager told me that I didn’t leave it in the room. Even after I assured him I left it there and there was no other place I could have left it he agressively told me that didn’t. I was shocked at his audacity

Cozy place. Stayed here for a month. I must say that its extremely expensive.wifi connection should have been provided at no extra cost. Room was neat and clean. Infact more spacious than I expected.

They deserve less than one star. Had to cancel a booking due to Covid, so I rebooked to a new date. They refuse to refund my money, even though I booked a new date.
Will never stay with them, and have cancelled the new booking. Money hungry thieves!
