Thank you for nothing adidas. Drove here 1.5h with public transport just to find out that the store is closed due to air conditions (it is inside a mall). My anger is not about the shop being closed for what reason so ever, it is because i was sent here by another adidas store in Order to find somethin i was looking for in my size. So apparently the other store also did not know the shop was closed and on top of that, online it said it was open, too. I am just really mad about the 3 hours i wasted. This could have been avoided by a better management of the situation.

Very rude staff.staff should get training how to deal with customers.very disappointing that brand like adidas hires staff like that.

Really disappointed with the customer service. Today (16/11/2019 at 13: 07pm we were about to checkout. I was on side, my husband came and again joined the queue. There was a white women behind us and the customer service girl was so rude with us. Didn’t even said thank you at last. Really really disappointing to see such an unprofessional staff in such a reputed brand store. She really needs to learn what’s it like to be a front line staff.

Im not much of a fitness nut but this was cool.
It attracts you with all its fancy lighting and super cool clothes
Purchased a couple of pieces and had a chat with the friendly stuff.
Dont be shy and just go in and have a chat who know you might walk out with something new.

Have a fantastic selection of footwear and clothes in general.but as a larger guy myself, was difficult to find something in XXL or even above. My fault for being this size, I get that, but still, a big guy wants to dress in Adidas sometimes too.

Never a variety of sizes only S or XS and always a huuuge line up through the store for the checkout

Attentive and helpful salesperson - gave good advice. Much better experience here than in surrounding retailers. 40% off storewide when we visited made this a worthwhile stop.

Staff were friendly and super helpful when my friend couldn't find her size they pointed us in the right direction.

What a great shopping day I had today when I visited Adidas! The store had a further 40% off Storewide! Many a bargain to be had! I came home with bags and bags of quality clothing and footwear. The young sales assistant was so polite and helpful. Fabulous experience.

Great place for Adidas shoes at some amazing prices. I would like to see a bigger range of shoes as the shoes are limited to choose from.

It's ok on the price. Found better price than online. But the collection is really poor. It's alright for a casual stroll or window shopping. However, if you are after something specific, most probably it wouldn't be here. Not good with special items or describing the specifications of the items.
