Went in to adidas on Black Friday and was greeted by Kevin. His customer service was outstanding and he made me feel important even when the store was quite busy after lunch time. I was after kids shoes and soccer jerseys for my children and he did everything possible to make sure that I was happy. He even checked stock availability at other stores. He should be proud of himself.

I visited the store at DFO on Sunday and it was really busy. I was looking for a pair of NY 90 runners and I must say Marshall went above and beyond to assist me. He was patient and very friendly and looked up other stores to see if there were any available. Unfortunately the shoe I was after was not available at DFO Essendon. Thank you Marshall for a lovely shopping experience

Doesn't have stock of everything, in fact went there and found only one type of women pants!

Love this outlet. Good choice to choose from with pleasent and extremely helpful staff to help one out throughput their shopping experience here.

Worst experience ever, walking in finding a shoes going to pay and then i will get advised that the price is not the same waw what a behaviour and great customer experience coming to a national brand. Then the staff call his manager Clorinda or klorinda to basically repeat the same thing to me ver disappointing

Rude staff. Don’t know how to talk with customer. Went to counter pay for my purchase but lady didn’t ask me for membership took payment but when i ask that i have adidas membership she got angry. So very very poor service. Brand like Adidas should look into it.

Good store. Good variety to choose from. Specials can be found at times in store. Reasonably tidy. Friendly helpful staff. A bargain can be picked up from time to time. Worth a visit to even have a look.

Definitely an improvement on other Adidas DFO stores. Prices were good as it was a discount day, otherwise would have been expensive. Range was quite good.

Found what I wanted. Was very busy due to 40% off. Long queue. Waited 15 minutes to be checked out. The staff did best under given scenario.

Awesome sales! And awesome stuff, although the stock was very light on- although that may be cos we went on Christmas Eve. The staff were mediocre and the store was well laid out. Sales were great though!

It's like the staff are too cool to serve customers. Stood at the counter being ignored for 10 mins, 2 staff were helping another customer do a return, another 2 staff were buying their own items with another 2 helping them do so, 1 more just standing around the counter chatting. 7 staff not one 'hello' or 'someone will be with you soon'.
I left unnoticed.
Lots of great bargains if you can get someone to serve you!

Was ok. Worth checking out if you’re in the area, but don’t get your hopes up for anything spectacular. More Adidas Performance products than Adidas Originals. Also has more female options than male. Felt more of a help yourself store, not much customer service around.

Picked up some really good bargains here.

Stock isn't as good due to it being a retail outlet. But prices are good.

Adidas is a great brand. But not much variety at this store. Usually go in to see if they have a sale on.

Love the staff in the Essendon DFO they were so accommodating to me when i was looking for some warm pants to buy they really went above and beyond to help me find something that fit me properly.i even had to go to kids sizes to get a good fit thats a first lol. But the staff got the job done. When i was ready to give up. But i love my new stuff.

Finally a face that caters for my size! A size 16 is not that big these days but you would think its completely abnormal

Headed over to dfo Essendon as it was not to far to get to and was told there was available sizes for tees I needed here and they forgot to hold for me and sold out so wasn’t to happy as they were for neede gifts for Christ mas

I visit the adidas outlet in Essendon today tried on a pair of shoes and a security tag was left unlocked inside the shoe and stabbed me in the heel.

Further more the employee said they could do nothing about it. Terrible experience and service, check inside shoe before trying them on at this location.
