Active Feet

I was encouraged by my Physio to get a pair of shoes from Active Feet for my bung foot. Even though my purchase was done over the phone, the advice and friendly customer service i received from a gentleman named Dylan was above and beyond what i expected!

Today, I am about to become the owner of my 4th pair of high quality shoes from Active Feet on Canterbury Road Bayswater.

These guys tell it like it is. If you find yourself attached to the ‘appearance’ of a particular shoe, (brand buyers beware), after checking on the treadmill & they ARE NOT suitable for your feet the staff will tell you why.

This is one of the best customer service traits I have come across in these modern times.

Don’t like foot pain? Then purchase the correct shoes for the type of terrain you’ll be walking on.

I went into Active Feet with a friend to get some advice on trail runners yesterday. We were very unsure of the different brands and what would be best for us. We were served by Matt who was amazing with his knowledge and advice on all the different types of shoes. He spent a lot of time explaining the benefits of all the shoes and we were able to confidently choose the shoe that suited our feet best. Thank you to Matt and we will be back. They are really impressive. They really do fit shoes to feet.they'll video you walking and watch to see the motion of your walking. Sometimes they just watch from the ground though. They really know what type of shoe fits what side of foot though. They knew that my particular requirements weren't something they had in store. So they had them in the next day, and they fit like a pair of old slippers. Really impressive. They also offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, and you can bring them back within that time, no matter if they've been used (within reason I guess) and keep trying to get the right ones that fit perfectly.
