I shopped here years ago & still enjoy the correctly fitting sneakers. Recently my daughter who plays rep level netball, was suffering with blisters & sore feet in her $220 sneakers. So I took her in to the Heathmont store & got the same top quality service & advice as I did many years prior. We found a suitable pair of sneakers with no pressure to purchase, but we did & my daughter has been thrilled with the new sneakers with no blisters being generated, she is free to enjoy her sport pain free. Highly recommend this store & staff, friendly and attentive to our needs. Thank you.

Always good service and advice. Shop can be a bit noisy when busy. I find around 1.30 weekdays a good time. Parking good at this time also.

Catherine was very pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable. It was great to have the benefits of her professional knowledge for my ageing feet. The shoes I decided on with Catherine’s help- are very good in all respects. Quite expensive for my budget but I feel it was worth it.

Need more staff.
The two sales people were outstanding, however, a number of customers walked out the door after waiting to be served.

Again, the two young sales people were amazing and spent their time dedicated to two customers, these customers were highly critical and taking twice as long to decide on anything (perhaps it was their age).

Again, I cannot praise the staff enough. Every retailer needs enthusiastic, respectful employees like this. Please find more of them.

Thanks for your infinite patience with my son who has autism and is particularly fussy about how shoes feel.now he has a pair of shoes which works for him! Phew!

I visited the Active Feet Heathmont store for the very first time and was fitted by Jess. I never really took notice of what specific shoes to get for running. Jess went through a full fit up and I learnt so much. She was informative, caring and very patient. I ended with a pair of New Balance 1080 runners and love them to bits already. Thanks for the recommendation & service!

Popped in there this morning, with the aim of having my feet measured and my run style assessed to get the correct pair of runners for me. The dude (Matthew T I think) was a champion to deal with, they had a reasonable flow of customers, but there was no rush and no pressure. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Walked out in a new pair of runners that felt as comfy as an old faithful pair. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough, I won't be shopping for runners anywhere else!
