My daughter loves learning acting at the Acting Performance Studio I highly recommend sending your children there to develop their confidence and acting skills.

I joined the Acting Class for adults in order to improve the ability to think on my feet. I’m learning so much about using language to support the main message, Mick knows his craft and communicates well.

The team at Acting Performance Studio are amazing - both kids and adult classes provide a fantastic safe environment for anyone interested in trying their hand at acting, or training for a professional career.

My son is thoroughly enjoying APS Moorabbin. Aside from being an outlet for his creativity, it’s helping with his self esteem and confidence in other areas of his life. My son walks out of these sessions on an absolute high!

We have been at APS for over a year now. My daughter loves the weekly classes and the teachers at the Moorabbin studio where we go. Even right thru COVID lockdowns we kept attending classes and it was the only Zoom call my daughter wanted to do. Professional, supportive and relaxed environment.

Naomi and her team are excellent at providing a fun, inspiring and safe environment for the kids whilst teaching them valuable acting skills.

Our daughter loves APS! The classes are fun and engaging. Kids of all abilities are warmly welcomed and everyone is made to feel like a valued member of the APS family. The teachers in the Musical Theatre program have been exceptional. Can't rate this acting school highly enough!

My son has been attending through 2019 and again in 2021 - let's forget 2020! Drama is the one thing he loves outside of school, and APS has been a pretty much perfect fit. He's always keen to get there and comes home talking about what they did that session, and he tells me the teachers are great, and are doing a fine job under the pressure of Covid affecting attendance numbers. I have no doubt I'll upgrade my review to 5 stars once I get to watch him in an APS production soon.

Literally such an amazing community, since my first lesson I’ve felt included and welcomed, everyone is accepted and not to mention I have so much fun during my class. Teachers are hilarious and so knowledgeable I’ve learnt beyond what I thought I would.

Naomi & the team are an incredible group of individuals! Extremely passionate about what they do. I did some work with Naomi & have been able to utilise the skills she has taught me in my everyday business life. Naomi is the most amazing and positive person I have ever met. Her sparkling personality, her enthusiasm and her love of what she does makes her second to none in her field. Although a talented acting teacher her focus is always about having fun and enjoying classes while learning.

My daughter Athena attended APS’s holiday program of 1 week and she loves it! She went to other drama lessons before but APS is very different. All the teachers are very professional and devoting. The studio looks very nice and well-facilitated. Naomi and her staff are all super friendly and responsible when assessing students and preparing them for the performance. I was very impressed with how they showed the students what drama is in the real way. We will come back for the term lessons and singing lessons as well after this.

A wonderfully supportive place giving their students experience and opportunities to develop essential industry skills. They go above and beyond to seek out the best and most unique opportunities for their students to be seen by the wider entertainment community.

The training opportunities are excellent, with well-educated and working professionals running classes. And being a sister company to the agencies Smallfry and Derrick Management, APS skills up actors to becoming working ones.

Amazing acting studio. Staff and those running the classes are very professional and are able to work really well with kids. I had mine go for only 1 class during the holidays as he can be very particular about what he engages in. When he came home, the first words or of his mouth were that he would go all week.

They must be magicians.

APS is a fantastic place for building self confidence, having fun and learning about all things acting! The teachers are fabulous, warm and engaging. Our child's confidence exploded after just a few weeks of attending and counts the days until her next class. This is due to the teachers spending time and showing a real interest in their craft. They offer praise, constructive feedback and encourage students to step outside their comfort zone all in a safe environment. The teachers are experienced, professional and are a credit to themselves and their employer. I highly recommend APS.

Enrolled in the course here recently and I love this place! Been to many acting schools in Melbourne but this is my favourite so far! Thanks guys!

I have been with Acting Performance Studio for 4 years and have enjoyed every second of it.
They have helped me with auditions for Neighbours and Pacific Rim 2. I have been lucky enough to have gotten roles in; feature films, TV series and commercial.
I couldn't recommend them more, they have class for all ages including a 2 year full time course that I am finishing this year.
