The CSA team has been incredibly helpful and informative in terms of career mentoring and coaching. I have been in Australia since 2017 and the job search seemed like an impossible task and I only faced with rejections. When I was finally losing my hope to enter into the Australian professional job market, my friend (who was a CSA's past client) suggested me to join CSA. The initial phone consult with Naren has itself given me hope and idea as to how to proceed with my job search and I decided there and then to join CSA. CSA has amazing internship and job coaching programs that are both flexible and suitable to different needs of the candidates from different professions. I chose their 'Unlimited career coaching program' and I was assisted with developing Master resume and cover letter, provided with excellent interview tips, techniques and interview preparation sessions. My journey with CSA was for 10 months and landing a job interview was difficult due to Covid in 2020. But my career coach Langdon was supportive and helped me develop skills and confidence through weekly consult sessions. The weekly consult sessions improved my interview skills, and I became 24x7 interview ready even if I got an interview in the next hour.
I especially thank my Head Career Coach Langdon who was with me the whole way through to build my career skills and confidence to get job interviews and ultimately a job offer. The process wasn’t easy, and it did take time, but so long as you persist, you will get the result you want. The workshop for resume building which was conducted by Naren and Langdon was very insightful. It helped me understand what the Australian industry actually looks for. I met Naren and the ACECIS team at the 2018 Melbourne Careers expo. I arrived from Malaysia with 15 years’ electrical engineering experience and couldn’t get interviews for similar jobs because of the local experience issue and my relocation gap. I joined the ACECIS Internship program to get more IT experience in Australia. Naren gave me good advice on how to get a job which helped me.

I got good support on my new resume and did some interview training sessions to prepare. ACECIS organised an interview for me with a mid-size technology company in docklands and I had the interview and got offered the placement for 12 weeks. I worked hard and my supervisor offered me a 1-month contract after which was a good news. I just finished the contract and they have offered me a full time role this week.

‘I came across ACECIS as I needed some help with my resume and job strategy. I contacted the team and they provided a good plan and strategy which included an internship as a back up.
