I attened a workshop by Career Success Australia hosted by career coach Naren and Langdon. It was a great learning experience attending their sessions on imporvisation of Resume, Linkedin and Interview Prep at Melbourne Uni. I would recommend to attend their sessions.

CSA partnered with Melbourne Business School Student Association and came to the University of Melbourne for a resume and LinkedIn building, and interview tips workshops. They have provided us useful insights and guidance on how to build effective resume and enhance one's Linkedin presence to become an attractive job applicant.

Naren and Langdon have done amazing presentation. It was three hours long but the whole process was very engaging and lots of interactions were involved. It also has a several Q&A session answering burning questions from the students.

I was really struggling on my job search for a few months before I joined, Career Success Australia. Naren was very convincing about the program and the work that will be put to increase the chances of interviews. I have to admit enrolling into their career coaching program was one of the most awful decisions I have made during 8 years I stayed in Australia. Their slogan, 'job guarantee program' is extremely misleading for an oversea grad who was craving for a job at local company. As it turned out, ther were actually guaranteeing that their services will be provided until you found a job. I paid 8000 dollars, and attended 5 tranining sessions, which teaches you practical accounting skills. However, the content is not consistent and useful, merely some MYOB procedures that you can study online in one or two days. After modifying and reviewing the resume and cover letter for like, 10 times, I asked the consultant what is the success rate that I could get a job or being invited to an interview with this resume. The consultant said 'probably 50%, because you don't have permanent residence, otherwise you will be more competitive'. Mate, please, if I had PR, why woud I need you? As for so-called unlimited career coaching services, I finished the internship in May 2019, and they stopped contacting me in July 2019. I am not sure if their employees, Naren, Langdon or others still remember who I am. If some saw this review by any chance, please find someone else. Any university websites might be a better idea, I suppose.
