25Matt & Adam were very friendly and professional. Was able to get the door open without having to break the lock despite how bad the lock had become (it was a growing issue until one day my key didn't work at all). They arrived on time and did me a real solid! They modified the existing locks so didn't have to pay for new locks and got 5 new keys cut which all work like a charm! Literally saved my day. Highly recommended, very satisfied.)
Locked myself out.rang them at 1630 and was told someone would come at 1700 - 1510.he arrived at 1700 and I was soon back in. Many thanks!
Took more than an hour and two trips to change a mailbox lock. Charged me 150 dollars which is twice the normal rate and when asked for a receipt, asked me to walk to his car and gave me a piece of paper through car window that has no logo, ABN or signature on it. Worst technical and customer service. Totally disappointing.

I said hello to the key technician who totally ignored me, repeated myself to him to which he replied to me with a grunt. Not coming back here.

Very professional and great people with super quick response. I have used Ace Locksmiths for few times for an emergency locksmith and bought remote for garage door. They are always helpful. Highly recommended.
