They have helped us pick some amazing properties that are doing amazing, with the potential to sell off and pay off our personal mortgage in a few years. Accrue has been a bit of a hit and miss for me. We currently have 3 different investments with them, and 2 of them are performing very well. The other not so much. Like all things there are risks with any investments, however having a guided hand really helps when you are time poor for looking into high end investments.
Good to have them on board, they make the whole investment process easy to follow, and assist all the way through.

Accrue seem helpful, but they properties are very overpriced and after a number of years we are nowhere near having equity in our investment.
