I wanted a mid-sized local accountancy firm to manage my tax affairs, and was referred to Accru by a good friend. I have never regretted it. I sought a firm where I could have the personal attention of a senior member who would grasp and understand my affairs. This was successful, and is one of the many benefits I have gained from using their services. Later, because of mergers I found my superannuation affairs being handled by one of the big firms. I did not want to be a name on a list of clients, looked after by a succession of staff, so I changed to Accru for my Superannuation affairs also. It has been very successful, not only from a financial point of view, but from a service and reliability aspect as well. I could not be more content.
