AIE is a great place to develop and sharpen your skills with. The Teachers there are patient and helpful and are always open to helping you be the best you can. The Course is 100% all practical and is excellent at covering what multiple skills within a short amount of time. If you have the passion to make games and want to make it into the game industry i would highly recommend AIE.

Incredible teachers, incredible staff and amazing support. I got sickat the end of my course, causing me to have to leave, but their support and work around has been beyond my expectations. If you want a Uni that truly cares for your art and your future, this is the place if you're into Game dev or Film production.

Was harassed here and staff did nothing, was blamed for the whole incident, terrible school with no respect for female students

I had a fantastic time at AIE. The teachers are great and will take the time to help if you need it, and also give solid, honest feedback. Everything you do at AIE is practical work, and pushes you further with your skills and understanding of the industry. All the teachers have or still work in the industry and are regularly encouraged by the school to keep up their current industry knowledge. We were only taught to use industry standard software and techniques.

I’d highly recommend AIE to anyone wanting to study games or VFX.

AIE has been a second home for me, I studied Film and VFX. Studying here was an incredibly rewarding and definitely an eye opening experience. It offers a great working environment with amazing resources and experienced Teachers. You will learn how to use software used today in industry, ie Maya, Zbrush, Nuke, Renderman, Mari and more. If you are passionate and put the work in, using your resources and teachers advice, AIE is the perfect place to study Film production. I am very grateful I chose this University to study at, I've made life long friends and I know there is continuous support for Graduates. Highly recommend.

Great teachers and overall working environment. Teachers and Staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend if you’re serious about making it in the gaming industry. It isn’t as large as a standard university, which is great because you have more time to learn and have one on one help with your teachers as well as developing more connections in the gaming industry.:)

I attended AIE doing the game art course 2016-17. Great college run by people who care about their students and their success. Frank, deputy head of school, is the man! Teachers were well informed and pushed me to do my best. I started the course with the dream of working in the industry and now i do. I have AIE and the teachers there, particularly Sam, Steven and Brendan to that for that. Brendan helped me tremendously with my art and getting me and internship. If you're have dreams of working in games and are motivated to take what you learn and push yourself, you'll learn loads at AIE.

After studying here for two years, and coming from another institute, can confirm is the best place to study, the teachers care and apply a different style of teaching on a per person case when asking for help, and they are always available to help, studying here we had access to a sound room and recording studio and also a green screen, render farm and access to the newest industry standard applications, 10/10 would recommend

If you’re interested in pursuing a career in the games industry I couldn’t recommend AIE highly enough. As an ex student currently employed at a games studio who began the course without any background in 3D art, AIE teaches all the practical skills necessary in working in the games industry. Teachers at AIE are first rate and have industry experience, with the whole course geared to a pathway into employment.

Some of my greatest educational experiences came from AIE. I'm proud to say I'm a graduate from such a determined and inspirational academy. Teachers are always helpful and easy to communicate with and provide you with multiple solutions, all ensuring great outcomes to any problem you encounter during your time in and out of school hours.
Thanks to AIE, my dream of being a 3D artist for a game studio is now reality. If this is also your dream, then AIE is the school for you.

The most hands on industry experience you can get training for the gaming and vfx industry. AIE is always updating their course to keep up with Industry standards to allow students to be ready and relevant post study

School started off okay but teachers have absolutely no structure or idea what they're doing and completely ruined my whole experience
