Acacia Caravan Park

We stayed for 2 nights camping at Acacia Caravan park and absolutely loved it!
Booking over the phone was easy, quick and smooth! Upon arrival, reception were lovely, knowledgeable and welcoming. All staff had a smile and were very polite.
Our campsite was clean and easy accessible. Excellent facilities, especially the camp kitchen! Which had everything you needed plus more! You could purchase almost everything you’d need as well from reception at cheap prices. Toilets were kept clean and they even had a bath in the women toilet for the little ones!
Owners took pride and it really showed! They even decorated for Christmas!
We will definitely be back in the future, cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10

Absolutely gorgeous caravan park, Matt and Kaylene, are incredibly welcoming and helpful with any questions, especially in regards to what to see in the area.

The park is spotless, no rubbish well maintained and clean always saw gardeners and cleaners keeping it perfect!

Will definitely be coming back!

Welcomed by Matt, lovely man. HOT showers, bath & bath mats, camp kitchen is fabulous. Coffee machine, free biscuits. Couch so you can comfortably watch TV. Amenities are very clean. The park is well looked after. We chose because it's close to town.
Big plus camp is licensed so if you want a bottle wine with dinner go no further.

I had trouble booking online via the website, but was able to book via telephone without any issues. Matt was really helpful and the booking process was quick and easy. Upon check-in, I was greeted by Matt himself in the office and was in my cabin 5 mins later. The cabin was very clean, compact and tidy, equipped with key essentials to make a pleasant stay. In the evening, there was a small bonfire near the bbq area that got the kids excited. There were plenty of other facilities that we didn’t get to use, such as camp kitchen with vending machine, laundry, solar-heated pool, etc. The kids used the free wifi and it was fast. This accommodation is perfect for a quick stopover to/from the Grampians (about 40 mins away) and only 1km from all the restaurants and shops on Barkly St. Please support the local businesses. Great park in a nice town. We were on a powered site. Smaller and older park but all facilities well maintained and resourced. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again

Really comfortable place to stay. Well set out, barbeque pits, and barbeques. Laundry, $3coin operated machines, shower and toilets cleaned daily. Close to walking tracks, there are pamphlets in the office on these. There is also a Dump site, for those of us that need to empty our toilet canaster, for RVs and Caravans. The Dump site area is clean and has a hand basin and hand sanitiser to wash your hands afterwards, which is a first for me. Having a very pleasent stay. It is also dog friendly, dogs are to be kept on a lead. Woolworths is just a couple of blocks away, for stocking up.

When we arrived, we were made very welcome and told us what to see in the area. Extrely polite and were placed to see us. Enjoying the stay here and will come back.

Staff/owners and amazing and welcoming, even before you arrive. Very neat and tidy little park with good kitchen, pool etc. Toliets were cleanest I've seen for ages, even bath towels available and a heater. Just the shower cubicles a little too small.

We were impressed with our cabin, staff and facilities. We only had one day but enjoyed our stay. Having the cabin air conditioner already turned on when we arrived was a nice touch

Every part of our stay from booking to departure was fantastic. The friendly staff make your stay enjoyable, the facilities are spotless and the sites are nice and flat. Thanks for being such a lovely place to rest and relax.

Excellent hosts nothing too much trouble. Fully stocked camp kitchen available. Bathmats provided for individual use. Park had extra facilities giant chess game totem tennis and a very clean pool.

Great caravan park, lots of powered and unpowered sites, dog friendly, pool dog wash and camp kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff Matt and Kaylene are wonderful. Close to town.

Really enjoyed Acacia CP, Ararat. So clean. Books, toys, pool and bath were a hit with grandchild. Well resourced campers kitchen.
Did wish the flickering Christmas lights turned off at night as the skylight flickers were disturbing

Very large (wide and long) grassy and shady sites. Pool and playground. Enclosed yards for pets. Walking distance to town and local park. The managers are very helpful, helping people to back onto sites and suggesting places to visit.

Very accommodating managers who make you very welcome, amenities clean and comfortable, plenty of room for vans of all sizes

Great Caravan Park. Super clean and great facilities. Park owners are also so nice and friendly. Top location for Grampians or surrounds to explore too.
