50Great cosy little restaurant & wine bar with attentive, friendly and professional service. Their pasta's are gorgeous with some interesting options, however the servings are on the small side, whilst prices on the higher end. Recommended, it has a lovely atmosphere, it's a small space, so recommend booking.
Great simple menu. Nice wine list, very busy but enough staff to cover it. They did forget our salad and still charged us. But that was it
The atmosphere here was really warm and welcoming on a cold Melbourne night. Friendly service and importantly lovely food. The appetisers were perfect for sharing and the pastas delicious.the pumpkin tortelli was a standout.
My partner and I are obsessed with this place! The food, wine and service is all 5 star they’ve recently updated their menu with some new dishes which were all incredible!
The customer service was great, I ordered the fried squid which was cooked to perfection and had no seafood smell to it whatsoever, in fact you would barely know your eating squid. The arancini balls were also amazing but the waygu bolognese was next level, I thoroughly enjoyed it and it’s the best one I’ve had so far. I highly recommend!
Nice, clean casual Restaurant that packs a punch with great food and extremely friendly, courteous service.
Entrees were very nice but my risoni with mushrooms was definitively a dish made with love by talented Chefs.
Ragazzi, we will be back.
Bravi.
Tried another restaurant on my list and this one didn’t disappoint.
I love the whole vibe of the restaurant.
The 6cheese cannelloni was perfection I wish there was 2 on a serving.
I had the Oxtail Pappardelle and that was delicious.
My bf had the Bolognese and he said the pasta was sticking to each other and he had trouble pulling them apart.
Service was great and truly enjoyed our lunch.

Small serves - not Italian sized servings - calamari is squid. Everything tasted nice just not much of it. My family is Italian. This is more of a wine bar with food. This reminds of the afternoon bars that are open pre dinner in Italy. Not sure if the owners are Italian but if they are they forgot to put out the bread……
What a delight, great food, friendly attentive staff, lovely atmosphere, perfect Sunday lunch on a not too perfect day. Thanks for being there.
I have wanted to get here for a long time and finally made it for a mid-week bowl of pasta (with calamari entrée) and a glass of wine.
It did not disappoint. Relaxed, comfortable but bustling, exceptional food and a terrific wine list. A perfect suburban pasta spot that doesn't pretend to be anything more.
The entrees (arancini and calamari) were superb, one of the best arancini balls I’ve had to date. The calamari was also good however, the serving was pretty small.
The time between entrees and mains was too long, it took about 45 minutes between finishing the entrees until the mains came out. This made me lose my appetite a bit so was a bit of a letdown.
The risoni was great, but the duck tortelli kind of tasted like a dim sum.
Modern take on classic Italian, nice place ample room to social distance with outside dining area and service is fantastic
A truly authentic Italian dining experience in the heart of Highett.
We started with the beef carpaccio which was the perfect entree, tender thinly sliced rare beef covered with parmigiana and rocket.
For main course we both had the Angus porterhouse steak. Mouthwatering, tender and cooked to perfection.
We teamed the steak with delicious fries and brocolini, burnt butter pangrattato.
Go, you won't be disappointed, I am looking forward to my next visit.
Delicious food, full of flavour and beautifully presented! Service was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely return to taste more from the menu.
The best restaurant in highett hands down. Wonderful pasta, nice selection of wines and great service. Win, win, win
We absolutely loved our pasta! The arancini balls are the best I’ve ever eaten! Both pastas Strozzapreti, and green spaghetti with crab and prawns were worthy of five stars
Delicious and very friendly staff! Thanks
We will be back.
The tiramisu was so good! The only down side is that it's just difficult to understand what the dishes contain. But great service and atmosphere.
Beautiful restaurant. Tantalising menu. Great service. Wine offerings well chosen. The food was excellent.
Best Italian restaurant in Melbourne. The home-made pasta is absolutely delicious and portions are generous. You have to try the arancini balls and tiramisu!
One of the best Italian restaurants that I’ve ever been in Melbourne, and we always return.
The entree are incredible delicious, full of flavours and good sized. The must choice is the carpaccio and the anchovies.
My boyfriend and I always share the mains to taste as much as different flavours possible. The gnocchi was terrific!
Also, my sweet tooth always wants the classic tiramisu from this place.
I strongly recommend this place.
