Had a wonderful birthday party today at Aangan Restaurant. The manager, Fakhar, was very helpful. The guests likes the delicious food and staff was always ready to serve and kept the serving on time.

Staff is talking rudely on phone I called once. He is talking like he is in any hurry. At least he should listen first

Very bad service, we waited for 30 mins but no one came to take order and when we asked a waiter he was very rude so we left without eating

It was the first time we used this restaurant because we heard that it is a good restaurant. When we arrived there was no one to greet us. Worst food ever, they literally microwave the food & served. We spend around $200 dollars
We ordered allo tilki chat which was literally cold inside, non veg platter was microwaved (fish and lamb was like rubber). Green salad which was not fresh as u can see in photo lettuce is soggy and cucumber is dry. Worst curries ever tasted. We left the restaurant without eating. Never going back

Yesterday night I order the food from Uber eats the food was so disgusting no taste dal is full of water and I order butter naan they didn’t apply butter on naan it was very bad experience they should improve the quality of there food

I always had good impression with this name from Footscray but this place in PointCook is not upto expectations at all. Food quality is poor even though it’s expensive, customer management is really bad. I had 5 times consistently bad experience with this place but was trying hoping they might be busy or something else but it’s terrible today so leaving this review.

I ordered food for takeaway, girl said it will take 25 min so went on time, waited another 25 min patiently, I took food home and found completely different order. I called back, simply they say some confusion happened.

Last time I ordered chicken noodles, they gave just noodles with out any chicken in it. I called them and was told please mention next time so we will compensate it. I wanted to order some food after few weeks, girl is asking me order number of previous time, what a shame you guys! I said don’t bother too much.

We group of friends visited on one Saturday afternoon for lunch, ordered chicken Manchuria, I felt should have ordered that as sweet desert at the end instead of main dish.

Please think twice before visiting this place, it is nothing but a failure when compared to original restaurant in Footscray.

Visited and found they had no actual printed menus. Instead, had to use QR code scanning and order from a quite limited selection, particularly drinks. No other option. Detracts from atmosphere and ability to discuss choices amongst other friends. Disappointing.

Very disappointing. Waited over 50mins for main dish. Suppose to be mild was very hot. Pan Puri was nowhere near to last time I had them here. Wouldn't go hete again.

I wouldn't recommend reserving a table on phone. They have promised to sort a table for us at 10. We came in at 10, the senior at the counter greeted and went the other direction without asking us what we want. We waited for around 45 mins to get a table. I would have spent my time in a better way on Christmas Eve rather than waiting outside the door.

Worst chicken 65 and chicken manchurian I’ve ever tasted. Chicken was burnt and over cooked. Taste was not good and not fresh at all.

My experience to this restaurant after hearing good things about Aangan, which was really bad.

Please guys my advice to refrain to come to this place…the service is miserable and the quantity is too little (feel like the chef cooked 1 portion and served to 3 people). Needless to say that I have to wait for an hour to get a biryanis, which was eventually replaced with veg fried rice.

While the food is reasonable, it was nowhere near the standards set up aangan in deer Park or Footscray. The items are ridiculously overpriced and the wait time was way too much. Despite making reservations, there was a wait before we even got a table. Not worth the money or effort.

Great food!
Service not great lately, but those on do try hard.
Lack of hardcopy menu to view caused angst for the oldies with us.

Aangan, thank you for responding to my initial review. The service comment was to congratulate those that are taking up the slack for the lack of staff across the industry. I approached our waiter, at the checkout, to ask about menu options for the oldies with us, and the response was that we have to use our phones & a comment made about them having to get used to current technology. This indicates that, at a minimum, that staff member is unware of alternative ways that an order can be taken. We'll still come back, as the food is wonderful. Just let down by no concrete alternative to ordering by smart phone on that night.

My experience has not been very good. I have seen a mosquito in one of the things I’ve ordered. Which has been shown to the staff and was neglected by them.

I have experienced worst customer service here. Waited for more than one hour for the order. Orders are not preparing according to the sequence. The front girls customer service is so poor. When we asked for dine in they said all the tables are booked, but while we are waiting we realised people without booking coming in and sit for dine ins. I heard Aangan is the best place for indian food. We are not indians and felt they ignore us because of that. Sooo poor behaviour.

Dinner Ruined. Garlic naan was so soggy and wet that sticking to hands. Curries served absolutely cold and tastes like cooked days earlier. Poor service way to over priced compared to quality provided.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed a takeaway order at 8.05 pm and one of the waitresses confirmed that it will be ready around 20 mins. But I have been waiting for more than 50 mins. When I asked her about my order she told me to cancel it if I cant wait more. How could she tell such thing after customer waited for more than 50 mins. Im really disappointed with the way they treated their customers.
