AAMI Park reviews
75AAMI Park is a world-class facility to watch any sporting event from rugby league to Super Rugby to A league soccer to monster trucks or a rock concert there is not a bad seat in the house AAMI Park is an all-time great venue full stop getting to the venue is so easy there are multitudes of transport to the stadium via Richmond train station via trams or buses or even a small amount of parking if you wish to drive. The amenities at AAMI Park a world-class lifts and escalators for people with disabilities ramps etc also clean hygienic toilets plenty of outlets to buy food and beverages and lots of merchandise stands to buy your favourite teams merchandise. There are also plenty of great pubs in and around Richmond to go and meet up with friends and have a drink and a meal before or after an event. Depending on which event you go to ticket pricing seems to be very reasonable at AAMI Park. If you have any enquiries or issues the starting at AAMI Park and the management are really helpful and will always do their best to meet your needs or enquiries so I recommend highly visiting AAMI Park on your next trip to Melbourne. P.s. Go the Melbourne Storm #purplepride.
Great place for Rugby League and A -League matches. Hooliganism still occurs at times unfortunately but still a great environment nonetheless.
Designed great to make you feel close to the action. Have never had a problem with the facilities or queues.
Second time I have been, need to sort out a better system of entry. Nothing but a cluster$#@! K both times.
Love AAMI stadium but there is only 1 sit down drinking area, maybe eating too, not sure as it was packed when I passed by. Toilets were maintained and clean. There are lifts on either side. There are wheelchair and companion seating areas. Food is good but expensive as any venue is. Suggest families bring food and drink but no bottle larger than 750mls. Stadium only partially undercover so pack the ponchos just in case. Hope this helps.
Went to see the storms play, go the storms, had my granddaughters and I found it very easy to find our way around. We missed the supporters shop.next time. I found the atmosphere to be very pleasant. Walked to and from the stadium no problems at all.
Great stadium with easy access and great parking:) seating had great views and was extremely comfortable.
Food is over priced ($7.30 for 4 Luke warm jam donuts) and nearly $12 for 2 bottle of coke - the seats are really good and the atmosphere you get is pretty awesome
Amazing stadium, beautiful design, no pillars near the seats so there are no obstructed views. Perfect for Football (soccer) and rugby.
First time at the venue. Easy travel via train and 70 tram from flinders st. Short elevated bridge walk. Large entrance gate signage, wide stairs or elevators. Easy access to seating, facilities and refreshments. Semi covered seating, well lit and great view. Limited electronic screen view is the only negative. Enjoyed the evening.
This is a great venue to see a game. Regardless of where you sit, the view is great. The amenities struggle a little when it's at full capacity for major events, but still a fantastic stadium.
Venue was excellent, food service was great very quick service, great game of footy, will definitely return to the venue in the future.
The spiritual home of the egalitarian sport of rugby league in Victoria. For the very finest hot chips be sure to visit aisle 10 food station. Foor those with small bladders, the urinals at aisle 22 are second to none in cleanliness and atmosphere!
Love AAMI Park, Melbourne. Home to Melbourne Storm & Melbourne Rebels. Part of the Sporting CCentral. Gotta AUSTRALIA'S SPORTING CAPITAL.
Great venue but the MC for the Storm is cringy. I'd rather listen to old town road on repeat than hear him try to start another chant.
Went to have an MRI there again. Easy booking, friendly staff. Unusually slow with getting results? Used to get them 24-48 hrs, this time Physio had to ring 4 days later (on a Sat) not great when you have tears and what not!
Very easily accessible by tram and bus pre-book and park at the tennis centre across the road. Only down side is the stadium really needs seats and floor cleaned more regularly.
Nice modern stadium, with modern enterior. Good seats, breathtaking atmosphere. Food was pretty good. Souvlaki’s, literally, gourmet pulled lamb roll with fresh English mustard. But found it quite expensive. Ticks all the boxes considering it’s only 30,000. Good location close to the city, swan street (Richmond), and other sport precincts. Good connection to transport with tram services right outside and Richmond metro station just a 3 minute walk. Really rate it. Good too see a Melbourne Derby there
Great venue needs a room for people on the autism spectrum who can enjoy a footy game without the over stimulation of the noise of the crowds
Awesome stadium, great for matches, always clean and great atmosphere.food is good, facilities and location, parking is great.
