A1 Blinds

I have sent 9 separate emails asking someone to get back to me about my quote and each time they say they will get someone to call me and each time, no one does. Appalling service!

We have been so impressed with A1. Our consultant, Mark, was great to deal with - very knowledgeable and helpful. The installation was quick, and we're very happy with the results!

The service and quality that we received from A1 Blinds was outstanding. From the quote to installation and follow up after installation, I cannot fault A1 Blinds. Their communication and reliability was first class. We received text messages stating when the the job would be done and the follow up afterwards from Bryce was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend A1 Blinds and would not hesitate to use them again.

This is the second house we have had A1 awnings fitted- they were so good the first time we came back! And we have not been disappointed. Claude was so helpful in deciding what was right for our home; the awnings were well priced, look attractive, work well and were fitted without fuss and without delay. It is great to deal with a local company who give genuinely good service all round and we have recommended A1 to several friends.

We had blinds installed last weekend. Great sales experience and installation was handled with care. We had new carpet installed not long ago and installed was very respectful. Makes such a difference.more modern.

A1 Blinds did an excellent job of installation. Blinds look lovely and all went without a hitch. The only thing we could fault was the fact that we had to dispose of all our old fittings and blinds ourselves. It would have been helpful if A1 had been able to take the old ones away for us. However, that was relatively minor and we are happy with the service and the new blinds.

Michael who quoted was great giving a good range of blinds and full details on service, the installer was prompt and very quick. The roller blinds look good and work well in our new kitchen.

Excellent company to deal with - everyone from the management to the administration staff and installers were courteous and obliging. Couldn't be happier with the blinds that were installed without a hitch.

Had 3 custom duo blinds supplied and fitted service was excellent the product is fantastic the installation was done when we wanted and by a really great fitter can not say enough about A1 blinds recommend them to everyone

The best customer service ever. Had one motorised shutter and 2 security doors installed. The sales person was very friendly and honest. The level of service that I received was perfect. Even after I had a small issue with the electrician connecting the wiring later than they had promised they rang me straight away with an apology and even sent to my house a gift basket full of treats to apologise. This sort of thing never happens anymore and I was pleasantly surprised. Will always call A1 blinds when I need anymore blinds or security doors installed. Highly recommend the best in the industry.

I've used A1 before with great service and products but unfortunately this time I was greeted by a rude salesman on the phone who didn't make it to quote. I will be taking my business elsewhere and no longer reccomending this company

A1 Blinds are one of the best blinds sellers in Melbourne and nearby areas. I really appreciated their Quality blinds and mostly the price. The prices are exactly affordable. I got discount form them recently.
