**UPDATE to below review.after speaking with Bryce we were able to happily resolve the issue and I'm very appreciative of his prompt action and attention to our issues. He listened to and acknowledged our concerns and we were able to come to a happy conclusion. He handled the situation maturely and took our feedback on board and I have no doubt this was just a series of unfortunate events. I would absolutely reconsider them for any future blind work.

Dale was great and efficient when he came to measure and quote sheer and block out blinds.
We had a fantastic installer who did a very thorough and efficient, clean job. Two blinds couldn't be installed, as one had been measured incorrectly. At the time we also decided to get an additional blind as well as we loved them so much.
The next business day after the installation Dale proceeded to call my husband and was extremely rude & aggressive about the fact that the blind measurements were incorrect (we had no issue, these things happen and we were getting an additional blind anyway) and tried to blame us, despite him taking the measurements.
Two weeks later the installer came back, but Dale had not ordered the additional blind we had requested. I spoke with Dale who apparently had no recollection of the previous conversation with my husband. One month later we are still waiting for the third blind to be installed.
The installer was fantastic, did a great job, was very tidy and efficient and gave us great advice about maintaining them.
Really disappointed as the blinds we got are fantastic but don't appreciate being abused about an issue out of our control.

Installed on time with the selected features. Everything working with results we required. It is as perfect as you could get!

We have just had 5 outdoor blinds installed and we are delighted with them. All of our dealings with A1 Blinds were friendly and positive. Office staff, Sales rep and installer were all highly efficient. The quality of the blinds is great and the price was most acceptable. We were very satisfied with all aspects of our purchase. We purchased Visiontex Plus Carbon Black sunblinds which are fabulous at letting in light while keeping out heat.

They are not called A1 for nothing! Absolutely hassle free from start to finish. We have just recently renovated our house & the blinds have breathed new life into our place! Stunning! Modern! Everyone who sees our the new look home comments how beautiful the blinds are - both roller blinds & plantation shutters. Dale is fantastic! He knows his stuff & is very honest & very helpful. Fantastic service and competitive price. We had Sam who installed the sun and blockout blinds for our place and he was very friendly and efficient. Communication was great throughout. A1 gave a quote with 20% discount which was cheaper than the blind factory who claimed they had already given me a 40%. The lifetime warranty also gives peace of mind in case anything breaks. Would highly recommend.

Ordering of our new canopies over our outside doors was done very professionally & installation was great. All looks good & lets in the light with the solar option we went for.

Very happy with the external motorised roller shutter. Completely blocks out the light and being remote controlled makes it super easy to put up and down every day. Sales, install and accounts team members all polite and professional. Great communication too.

I have contacted A1 soon after the roller blind (see thru was installed) as IT did not match my specifications. I am anticipating that this concern will be promptly resolved at the earliest

Someone recommended A1 blinds, walked into their showroom and was given great service by sweet Natalie, efficient Debbie came to measure and quote. I was told to expect 4 weeks to be made but I was pleasantly surprised that I got them earlier. Paul the installer was so professional and put them up quickly. The blinds looks good and good value.
