Very Disappointed!
I had the falafel balls this afternoon, the taste was horrible, I couldn’t have the second bite! Went to bin
The zaater was flavourless

We've been faithful customers here for over 2 years, but after our unfortunate experience today we won't be back. I arrived at the start of my lunch break and ordered a latte and an almond flat white. After a lengthy wait, the drinks arrived but the order was incorrect. I waited patiently for the almond flat white to be re-made and even confirmed, 'Is this an almond flat white? ' when it was brought out to me. I took the drink home to my wife, only to find out it was made with cow's milk. I took the drink, drove back to A1 and asked them to make it again as an ALMOND flat white. Again, I patiently waited. After an hour in total spent trying to get 2 cups of coffee, I took the drink back home, only to find it seems they've forgotten to add coffee! The replacement drink is a milky, watery mess. It shouldn't take 3 attempts to make an almond flat white, and it shouldn't waste an hour of my day. Definitely won't be back again after this unpleasant debacle. Pity, as it used to be so good.

A1 what's more to say! Fantastic staff! Beautiful delicious yum food! There was confusion with my order and they fixed it up quick smart! It is sooo yummy too! Always coming back!

A1 bakery has the greatest coffee in Fairfield and always delivered with a smile. The food is hands down the best from the lamb and rice to it’s delicious salads, can’t fault it fresh and fairly priced

Most of the food looks nice, I clearly made the wrong choice. Both pies and sausage rolls in my opinion are really bad. Weird spices in both the pie and sausage roll.maybe some people like that but i feel like most wouldn't.

Coffee was pretty good.

I just went to this bakery to get coffee in the early morning and tried a mushroom and halloumi triangle. It was fresh and supper delicious.staff are all friendly:)

Thw best branch of A1 bakery. It has become a weekend ritual to grab cheese pies from this place for our family. Absolute divine. The zatar is so fresh and the bread is soft. Always quite busy and has alot of variety. A good lil business with really friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

Get a stretched zaatar if you want a zaatar man2ouche, otherwise you end up with a reheated one that's dry.

Food is good but the wait is looooong. The online order was also stuffed up during our pickup. I guess even if the food is good, when customer service werent quite there. I would think twice before going back.

Made a mistake with my original order, but when i called back, they were lovely and offered to rectify my order and deliver it for free.thank you so much!

We got Catering done for our daughter's birthday party and I can't tell you how happy I am with the catering! The food was absolutely delicious and reached us fresh and hot. Infact, I found the whole experience from communication with A1 for the order till the delivery of the order pleasant and seamless. Nouha helped recommend what I should order based on my preference including quantities and changed the order several times because we had to postpone the party due to the lockdown and the day and the number of guests changed based on restrictions. Nouha would send quick responses and acceptance to all my requests and changes to the food order.

On the day of the party, food was delivered for free, on time and piping hot in neat and labelled packaging. Our guests really enjoyed the food and inquired where it was from.

We were already huge fans of A1 but after this first time Catering experience we can say with certainty they are absolutely the best! Their catering menu is very budget friendly and everything is delicious and tasty. There are a lot of options to choose from including pizzas, pies, pastries, Turkish bread, dips and cheese platters. I think the menu can suit anyone's needs. Be it vegetarian, halal suitable or cost effective, they tick all the boxes well! Highly recommend for parties of all kinds.

This is a great Bakery, has excellent food with excellent service. The staff are super friendly, even when they are so busy to que is out the door. The meat pizza and haloumi pie are to die for. Highly recommended

Great service, food always taste great. Recommended this bakery for others to try them self. Little costly but worth it.

Always reliable A1 delivers on all the baked snacks - my favourite is the spinach and feta triangle. Grabbed some fresh Falafel as well which are lovely and crunchy.

A cosy Mediterranean pita shop. Very busy. All they should do is wrap up each pita or pastry seperately instead of putting in the same bag or box, to avoid different flavours touching. Overall, good tasting, average prices and quick service.

Staff are simply divine. Food is out of this world, we love this place. Plus they are dog friendly!
