Repeat diner
CoVid check in absolutely seamless - very professional
Lovely Saturday evening meal
Excellent drinks service (I'm bit of a power drinker)
Steaks - cooked to perfection
Bride enjoyed desert - all happy
Shout out to wait staff - big birthday table next to us - yet we still got exemplary service
Will continue to be semi regulars
Thanks again
Lovely light-filled space with beautiful views of Queenscliff Marina, Swan Bay and Bellarine hills. Great service by friendly staff.
Setting is to die for with views over the harbour, the service was great and the food excellent.
Just had coffee/hot chocolate and cake this time.delicious.service with a smile and great atmosphere as always
Barry delivered beef cheeks, mash & greens tonight - it was absolutely beautiful!
360Q's takeaway meals are delicious, so well priced & being able to have delivered if you're unable to collect is great. Thanks Barry & team.
Service was horrible. Waited 30 min before making an order. Had to go up front to tell them we’ve been ready to order. No smiles or any aspect of customer service. Food took forever. Would not recommend or come back here
My second dining experience at 360Q and not disappointed. The food was packed with flavour and delicious. Service attentive and friendly. A great spot on the harbour. Definitely book. Thank you
Great meal and Darci is the best waitress and photographer in the world! Such a great personality to accompany a great restaurant.
She offered amazing recommendations for food and wine.
Always refreshing having such great service.
Good lunch set menus for adults and kids. Great friendly services; excellent view of the marina and jetty. Located just beneath the view tower.
Service was quick and efficient.
The Curry Chicken had that delicous spicy flavour.
Finished with a light sticky date pudding.
Just the right amount.
I will be back.
Lovely treat, the lunch 2 and 3 course menue is great.
Yes its not cheap but the food and service are great.
The staff and food were both amazing! They helped me surprise my partner for our anniversary, beautifully presenting the desert and coordinating with me in private to give my partner the best surprise ever. Thank you so much and we will defiantly be back soon!
I was slightly underwhelmed by my experience today. I organised a surprise lunch for my husband’s birthday. When making a booking it has a section to select if it’s a special occasion such as a birthday etc and please add any comments. What is the point of this function if it’s not acknowledged at all? From the moment we arrived to the moment we left there was nothing not even a Happy Birthday greeting.
The two staff members working (male and female) just seemed flat and not very welcoming. Their reservation system had signed out so she couldn’t see our booking and let out a sigh, the male waiter didn’t greet us at all just said “name? ” And “follow me” we found it actually quite rude. Not a nice first impression.
The food was delicious however I don’t think we would come back. Almost a 2 hour drive to get here.definitely not worth the long drive.
Excellent spot next to the marina.
Coffee was great and the oyster mushrooms for breakfast are outstanding!
Lovely location. Very pleasant ambience. Only eaten there once, previously had afternoon tea, but would go again.
Great customer service, ambience and view. Food was really good - especially the pumpkin gnocchi! They just needed to add a candle on the table for dinner but they had fresh roses on there!
My husband and I came for the Valentines Day Dinner. We had a wonderful evening, the owner was warm and welcoming and the service was phenomenal - friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and plentiful. Tasty entré, hearty main and yummy dessert. Well worth a visit.
Thanks,
Steph & Mark Towse
An excellent meal of scallop ceviche, followed by a tasty Asian style barramundi. It was really good. If there was any setback in the meal it was the bok choi was a little gritty.
A great selection of wines and so many local ones. It was great. Service was perfect and such a great location.
Second time we have spent New Years Eve here. Good environment, great view of the fireworks, good food but drinks were very slow.
Overpriced food in a nice setting.
It was my mum’s birthday and I wanted to book a nice place with good reviews. Posting this to warn others who might be equally as disappointed despite the praise.
We came in for lunch and ordered:
Entrees ($17 each) :
Scallops - hardly much scallops within a soggy green salad quite obviously not freshly made.
Burrata - about the size of a lime and 5 cherry tomatoes in a balsamic reduction so sweet it killed the flavour of everything else. Incredibly tiny serve.
Mains (roughly $35-40 each) :
Pork belly - chewy and impossible to cut, flavourless but large. Paired with coconut rice.
Prawns - 6 prawns on a stick and a huge garden salad.
Sriracha salmon - mildly sweet flavoured salmon (no taste of sriracha whatsoever) and black rice with one sprig of broccolini.
We were so disappointed with not only the quality but the extortionate price we didn’t bother with dessert. My mum was quite upset, and I more so having chosen this restaurant.
Guess you pay for the view, which wasn’t anything spectacular in terms of scenery. Just the boats.
