My sister and I often dine here. The food is great, as is the atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and my sister is well known to them, particularly the French one with whom we often joke, as our eaten clean plates are collected, that it was terrible as usual (it's always delicious). I need gluten free and there a always enough options - some others can be modified for me and the staff are always helpful. The views over the boat anchorage through the panoramic windows adds. A good fun delicious meal.

My Fiancé and i went here on friday night and had such a wonderful time! The Waiter, Will, was so welcoming and sweet. He gave his recommendations of what food he’d suggest, what wine would pair well with my meal etc. Great environment, amazing food and all served with a smile. Perfect place for date night:)

Saw some woman leave a review about the event last night and would just like to point out she is completely wrong. We had a wonderful time at the ABBA night and it wasn’t even spoiled by them being cut off and having a tantrum as well as throwing a wine glass at the poor bartender. Such poor form by them to write a review after their childish behaviour. Great job by 360Q and their staff for hosting a fabulous night for everyone involved except the select few.

Not even worth one star. Went here last night for an abba tribute show, the staff are the rudest people payed $125 per person for 3 course meal (which was thrown on the table in a very rude manner) beer wine and soft drink. My partner had 4 beers to be told we had all drank too much and were cut off all alcohol Absolute joke. I’m still baffled.

We went to 360Q for the first time tonight for a surprise birthday dinner. The food was beautiful, the view was amazing with all the yachts/boats around, and the service was absolutely lovely. A few of us had the 2 and 3 course menu which was a nice way to try a few different things. Thank you for making our experience a really positive one. Seating area inside and out. Kid friendly menu. Plenty of parking outside opposite Queenscliff Harbour.

Beautiful food, cooked to perfection and nicely presented. Would have preferred that it was not a set menu (2 or 3 course) as it made a lunch meal very expensive when we would've preferred just one course. But a lovely venue in a prime position on Queenscliff marina.

Excellent! Food was very good, especially enjoyed the "Peruvian" scallops, lovely balance of delicate flavours. Great Afagatto, try it with Sambuca. Sensational!
Great service from lovely young lady, I think she was smiling? Bloody masks!
We'll be back. Cheers

Lovely place for an informal occasion dinner.had 2 birthdays to celebrate and it was a most enjoyable evening.the staff were excellent- polite courteous and unobtrusive.the food was also excellent and the coeliac in our group was pleased with the range of offerings, in clouding dessert! You rarely see sticky date pudding gluten free anywhere, so the opportunity was taken and enjoyed immensely.drinks list also very good.the view from an outside table looking over the bay was also a feather in their cap.altogether, an experience worth repeating.

This team defy all covid hospitality problems… last Sunday’s lunch was wonderful.
They fed about 200 people, beautifully and timely, serving really good food, great local wines all served by a really lovely and friendly team … well done 360Q and thank u
Also great value, 2 courses $55… wow!

They are very strict with covid policies which I myself support 100%. Unfortunately they allow a person with a hanky over their nose (which flies in the wind around their mouth to work here). I just feel that's ridiculous.

Service very good. View very good. Mains a bit disappointing. Duck and curry ok but eye fillet a bit tough, even though medium rare. Dumplings good but bao buns not much taste.

Very relaxed cafe/restaurant with multi million yacht views to enhance your experience. Offering everything from a bowl of chips and a glass of wine to a full three course meal. Relatively extensive wine & food menus and all reasonably priced. Casual dress code.

Food was nice. However, the place was full and perhaps it could be one of the reasons for delayed service.

We have never had a bad meal here, and love the harbour so close.

I came from Melbourne to visit my friend. We called around 12: 30 pm, and despite having over 170 customers, they so kindly squeezed the two of us in at 2: 00 pm.

Our waitstaff, Darcy, was so amazing. She made recommendations, she had a great knowledge of the menu and items on it, and was helpful and friendly while we made our choices.

The fabulous service continued, as plate after plate was delivered. One, the main, was even delivered by the chef! He too was friendly and gave further information about the meal.

This venue is truly incredible. The smell of the sea; the boats gently floating nearby; the stunningly presented and tasty food, topped by the gracious and friendly service, means this is a forever favorite. What an amazing experience. We'll definitely be back! Thank you so much for a great lunch, 360q,

Sincerely,
Adrienne:)

Went there with family while on our Xmas holiday. Had dinner there as the location was convenient and the view. However the food was very average considering the price also the interval between entree and main was almost one hour. I had to give up the dessert and left as it took too long. I guess the reason for them to take that long between course is that they want people to order more drinks. Because drinks makes money

Horrific customer service experience. Used to be one of our favourite restaurants, we came many times. Decided to take my elderly 87 old mum for lunch, drove all the way from Melbourne, had a booking for 12 pm. Upon Arrival, when we sat down at the table, we were told that, we have to vacate the table by 1.15 pm.the waitress just said. " so you know, this table is booked after you, so you have to vacate it by 1.15 pm. I was very surprised, as this was the first time I heard about it and certainly would not have driven an elderly person for 1.15 min sitting in the restaurant. I said that I was not informed about time sittings, when I booked.our waitress said, that their usual sitting is 1.30 min, however this particular table is booked at 1.15 pm. I didn't want to get into any arguments, just wanted to make sure my mum has a good experience, so just went with it.
We ordered 3 course menu, we were happy to specify which dessert we would like to have, however we were told not to bother ordering until we finished our 2nd course. The second course arrived at 12.50 pm, we were finished by 1.05 pm.then our waitress chose not to approach our table for 10 min, clearly seeing we have finished and waiting on dessert order.when I asked about dessert, I was told that our time is up. I said.but we gad clearly ordered the 3 course menu from the start and you can't just decide on our behalf, that we are not going to have it. The waitress just glared at us, saying " do you understand that other people are waiting outside? ", I insisted on having it, mainly because as my mum was looking forward to it, and this was the first time after lock down she endeavoured to come out. The waitress appeared clearly upset, hence the dessert was served it in silence.no words exchanged between us.
We were made feel, that the waitress was absolutely desperate to get rid of us and the whole experience was horrible, we finished our desserts as fast as we could and took off, never to be back in this venue.
It is obvious, that we have staff shortages in hospitality, but maybe fine dining, not cheap restaurants, like this one used to be once, should really employ people, who have a better idea about customer service, not someone like we had.
The food was good.

My favourite restaurant on the Bellarine. Great food wine and service and a wonderful outlook of the Queenscliff Marina and ocean.

Barry has done it again! 4&1/2 stars! Highly recommended restaurant with quality food/wine menu [many veg/vegan/gf options]. Customer service was very attentive. Extremely reasonably priced. Should have been five stars, but my standard recipe mojito was not up to scratch, even after remaking it. When dining in Queenscliff, it is a must!
