I hired another company for a quote to review our possum problem. The inspection went for two minutes and they didnt bother to check the house properly. It cost me $165 for them to look at the one entry point I gave and tell me it would cost us $900 for them to place a trap and collect it in 7 days (we had to check the trap daily ourselves). The entry point needed to be blocked off at our cost also.

Then Adam inspected our property from 1800 Possums. He spent 40 mins and found 9 entry points as well as an issue with rats. He gave us some tips on how to minimise our risk for pests and advised he could block all of the entry points with work guaranteed for two years along with solving our issues with the rats. The quote was very reasonably priced and under our price expectation.

Both Luke and Matt were very responsive; we thought we had a trapped animal in a wall cavity next door to my parents' house and Matt was able to come out within a couple of hours of us initially contacting Luke. Ended up being a tree branch caught in roof tiles that was making all the noise, not a trapped animal! Money well spent to ease my mother's stress levels from listening to the "trapped animal"! Just had Luke (THE man) rid my home of possums and rats.my possums have been a problem for 10 years in my roof. Luke arrived like a knight in shining armour, to come to my rescue. Honestly I thought we were always going to have a problem because our previous company we used couldn't seem to resolve the possum issue over about 6 weeks of hassles. Matt came out, problem solved.
