This was not our first possum rodeo. We had tried to catch them ourselves and that was a disaster with one loose in our home. Then we called the "Experts", who were totally useless, they basically came and pointed out some holes and suggest we fill them and then call them again. THEN I found 1800POSSUMS, they have restored my faith in humane and effective possum removal. Matt came and looked, then the quote was here within 24hours. Shortly after he arrived and blocked all access points where the possums could get in and out and at the same time he fitted the one way trap doors. Four days later Matt was back to remove the one way exit doors and fit special aluminium that he had sourced to match our exterior windows. I cannot reccomend 1800POSSUMS or Matt more highly. Communication, timeliness, professionalism and a genuinely lovely fellow, he ticked all the boxes

We had possums in our roof (Thornbury area) and many of our wall cavities. Dexter had a look over the roof, located the point they were getting in and left a humane door for them to get out but not return. One week later he confirmed we couldn't hear them anymore, then came and closed it all off. Quick, easy, hardly any effort from me. PERFECT. Highly recommend.

After being refused by another pest company as the job was going to be too complicated, we called 1800 possums and we wish we did earlier! Tom and Adam did an amazing job to remove a very persistent possum and patch up our roof. Very happy customer! We had a family of possums living in our roof since we moved in 2 years ago… wish I contacted 1800Possums earlier! They were quick to come out, inspected the house for wildlife entry points, installed the special one-way door on the spot and the possums left and couldn’t come back. Rohan was terrific. Arrived on time and explained everything to me so that I understood the process and what to expect. We thought we had a possum turned out to be rats. Baited and sorted inside 1 week (much earlier than explained). Rohan also fixed up a small hole in our ridge line to prevent rats entering. Highly recommended 1800 Possums.

Just had Luke (THE man) rid my home of possums and rats.my possums have been a problem for 10 years in my roof. Luke arrived like a knight in shining armour, to come to my rescue. Exactly what he says online on his website is what you get, Efficient, polite, reliable, reasonable charges, care for his work and his customer.nothing to hard, and a reassurance that if I have any more trouble to just call 1800possums again. PS. Have since had Tom from Luke's business 1800 Possums on a return call to treat a Rat problem, seems as though all Luke's guys are as nice as he is. Tom treated my rats, and also unknown to me, found a new possum entrance that I didn't know about, and proceeded to fix that for me at NO CHARGE, as it was within Luke's guarantee period of 2 years. Very happy customers! We had a noisy family of possums living in the roof directly above our bedroom. The first night that Mitch put in the one-way door, the possums were gone. Mitch came back just over a week later to remove the door and seal the area. He was friendly, professional and on-time. Excellent service.

Mitch was thorough and very helpful, correctly identifying rodents as the main problem. Sure enough found a dead rat soon after rodent treatment.
