What a great service, So much fun to travel in 5 Star luxury with all the lights, smoke machine and other gadgets. Highly reccomended!

I booked Limo city for an event I had prior to this lockdown. I was very impressed with the service, how professional our driver was and how helpful they were with all our questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this company and will re-use them for future bookings.

From the moment I made contact with 1800 Limo City the team were super responsive. We booked a white hummer for our wedding day and found 1800 Limo City to be a fantastic service. They are a great price, super professional and on time. Their hummer was clean and modern and they provided us with champagne which made our journey that much more special. We had 18 kids attending their Debutante Ball in country Victoria and experienced an amazing ride in a gorgeous Black Hummer. From the time the driver opened the door and had rolled out the red carpet to the crazy teenager music playing, the kids had an amazing thrilling 2 hr ride. ‘It was THE BEST’ they all said.

The limo arrived on time. Beautiful limo but not much water in the limo and unfortunately the experience wasn’t the best due to the driver. Instead of congratulating on my wedding day he just kept asking for the cash (I would have rather paid prior to the day so it’s one less worry but company preferred cash on day). He then tried to ask for more money because we ran late but I had booked for the hour and we had enough time to travel in that time.
It became a transactional part of the day rather than an enjoyable one.

Shane was fantastic in providing Limo options for our wedding day and the Chrysler 11 seater was perfect. Ryan (our driver) was excellent. His attentive manner was wonderful and we felt in safe hands as he transported us around Melbourne. We're already planning a trip to the wineries and will not hesitate in using Shane and his crew again. Thanks Shane and Ryan!

The limousine team were fantastic from the start to finish. They were clear about the ways in which payment could be made and invoiced me straight away.
Given it was a surprise for my partner, who doesn't speak English very well, the driver Ryan, went to the effort of making her feel very special.
It was great value for money.
Covid Safety Standards were being followed to a tee. The cleanliness of the limousine and professionalism were something that as a business owner I was impressed by.
Highly recommend for anybody appointing a service on behalf of someone, special events, transportation and logistics.

We were driven by Junior, who went above and beyond for us! One of us lost our phone, but Junior was able to find it and we were able to recuperate it. Junior was also prompt, patient and flexible with our needs and made the whole experience stress-free.

From the moment I first contacted Shane he communicated & gave many recommendations for wineries to visit for our trip to the peninsula. He arrived on time, picked up & dropped off our group of people to their destinations with no issues & was professional. Would definitely use again.

Booked nearly 12 months ago for my wedding, got a call today 2 days prior to say that they no longer could give us the service provided due to the limo being in the repair shop.very disappointing and very unprofessional with not even 48 hours notice untill the wedding.
Been dealing with enough with the vic lockdown and not knowing if I was even going to get married and then shane calls me this morning with this news.
Do not book this company as they can just cancel on you at anytime.

Had a brilliant experience with Shane driving us on a winery tour today. He was very friendly, courteous and accommodating. The limo itself was immaculate and comfortable. In between drop offs he cleaned inside which was a welcome surprise. Thanks for the brilliant day.

I cannot thank 1800 Limo City enough for making my daughters birthday such a special occasion. The Hummer upgrade was a wonderful surprise and the kids couldn’t stop talking about it. It was a trip to Melbourne they will never forget. I’m sure Instagram had a good workout from all their posts. Shane was an absolute pleasure to do business with and Rob our chauffeur is a credit to the business. 1800 Limo City will definitely be our preferred Limo service for all future events.

We had Limo City drop us off and then pick us up from a function over the weekend. The service from Shane in the lead up was great and the 2 drivers we had on the night were so lovely and very accommodating to the group of us. Highly recommend!
