We originally asked for an 18 seater limo with Shane and he had confirmed it with us and things were going well. Although when I tried to confirm on the night before our formal, Shane had mentioned that there was no longer an 18 seater limo available, due to an issue with the limo. Shane did arrange another limo for us, but it was only a 15 seater. Since there was nothing else we could do, we did manage to squeeze 18 people into the alternative limo Shane arranged, and although it was not what we originally had hoped for, the experience turned out fine. After asking Shane for some compensation for having to squeeze in the smaller limo (considering we paid the same for both limos), he initially seemed hesitant and unlikely to budge, but he told us there was possibly something he could do. While we understand that things can sometimes go out of control and there might be no other ways to go about things, we would've liked some more transparency and communication from Shane's side, but he did apologise for the inconvenience it cost us and managed to figure something out in short notice.

A huge thank you to Shane at Limo City for the wonderful service and the amazing vehicle for our recent wedding. Angie was our driver and her professional and friendly manner was delightful. Our entire wedding party (plus two small grandchildren) fitted comfortably and we had the best time all travelling together. We used this company for a hummer limo for airport transfers on the 16th & 23rd of February. Shane was very accomodating during COVID with the constant trip cancelations and then flight schedule changes. Limo was immaculate and the driver was Lovley. Will defiantly be using this company for future airport transfers.
