Mike has been great. Always patient and very knowledgeable, he takes the time to listen, understand the problem and to explain things. The pain-free dry needling was very beneficial too. Within 6 quick weeks I went from debilitating back and leg pain to normal health! Thank you so much. I'd 100% recommend.

Highly recommend Mr Noah Acosta, he is a very caring and compassionate physiotherapist who listens to your issues and develops exercises and treatment strategies tailored to you specifically. Personally suffered a head injury in 2020 Noah started me on a treatment plan of brain training, cognitive therapy, acupuncture and vestibular exercise.

I went to see Mike for some knee injury and he was great. I had seen two other physios before Mike and none of them were able to diagnose the injury and how to treat it correctly. After a few months seeing Mike and following the exercises and recommendations I am now pain free and able to play tennis again without any problems. I would definitely recommend Mike for any sport injury.

Mike is an incredible Physio, and a really lovely person too. I just finished 3 months of sessions with him after changing to a more physically demanding job and he has always been so fully compassionate, caring and always going above and beyond to actually connect with my interests and hobbies, which is very calming, especially for someone like me who is anxious to even go out in public, let alone have someone manipulating my body. He always put me at ease, and explained what he was doing and why.
Very professional service, never tried to extend the sessions we had beyond what I actually needed. Would definitely recommend.

Laurie was fantastic. He took the time to explain what He was doing it and walked me through everything he was doing. I have been to other padiatrist but Laurie was fantastic. Thankyou so much and would recommend.

Laurie was fantastic I had tried another podiatrist in the area and was not happy then booked in at 101 Physio and couldn’t be happier. Laurie fixed an ongoing problem I had with a stubborn corn. Gave excellent advise on foot care, He was awesome!

After just 6 sessions Joseph has managed to get my neck/shoulder problem to 90% better. A month ago I couldn't lift my arm above my head, couldn't do push ups, had constant aching and pain in my shoulder and bicep and was unable to do my boxing training properly.

I'm now without pain most days, I'm back in the gym training better than I ever have and I'm a lot happier in myself. Couldn't recommend and thank Joseph anymore.

Joe and all the staff have looked after my family and I for the last few years and the improvements in all three of us was amazing. The love and compassion they showed my mother who suffered MND, it stands as testimony to their ability to care for us all. She lost her battle to MND last month.

Have been seeing Joe for a few months now after finding the practice online.
I’m a chronic migraine sufferer and have been looking at alternatives to my prescription medications.
Have been having great success with dry needling treatments and other work to assist.
So far, so good. I have had a decrease in the pain and severity of my migraines. Something I haven’t had success with in the past from medication alone.
Joe is very informative and thorough. He knows his stuff and wants the best outcome for his patients.

Very happy with the treatment received. Staff are always professional and friendly. I first attended this practice over 10 years ago and is always my first choice when GP states physio treatment is required.

After years of no relief from my neck and shoulder pain caused by cervical stenosis a colleague recommended I go and see Joe as the medication I was taking was both ineffective and costly due to having to take time off work. Thought it wouldn't hurt to give it a go.that was a little over a year ago and I have not looked back! Joe is professional, always on time and knows his stuff, I only suffer now if I am not consistent with my visits! I highly recommend Joe for everyone!

One of the beat Physios I've been too. I completely lost faith in Physios until I saw Joseph at 101 Physiom his very knowledgeable and has a amazing understand of my issues and has great treatments. I went to him not being able to walk with pain now I'm almost pain free. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful.
