101 Physio - Melton

I've tried all the physios in Melton and would have to say this is the best clinic. Advertised as best customer service hands down, Melissa is professional and wonderful. I've had constant sporting injuries and all the physios are fantastic and know how to treat their patients. Other physios in the area show lack of care, but this physio definitely care for their patients here.

Went to an osteo for years. Have now been seeing Mike for 4 months and my back is stronger than ever. Holistic care and really really effective

I’m surprised that there are not more reviews for Noah. He is an amazing physiotherapist, he is empathetic and very understanding of his clients issues. He has supported me with exercises and recovery from surgery improving my mobility and strength. Best specialist that I have.

Noah from 101 Melton is amazing physio. Such a caring competent physio who is very experienced. Reception staff are really good also

As a client of 101 Physio in Melton for the past 5 years, they provide the highest level of service from the time you walk in, to treatment by professional Physiotherapists such as Jo and Mike, everyone is looking after you and you are their focus and nothing else, I drive from Caroline Springs to Melon around 30 minutes as I know how I'll be looked after.

Had 2 sessions with Fady and my back feels better than before my injury. Really great Physio and great service. Also, all staff encountered front of house where friendly too. Would recommend.

Came to 101 physio for a back injury. I was booked in to see Fady and was not disappointed. He was very patient and listened to everything I had to say. He was very knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable immediately. I looked forward to attending my appointments knowing I was in great hands. Could not recommend Fady enough!

I was referred to this clinic by my GP in relations to my toe issue. Called up on Wednesday, explain my issue & got booked in to see a podiatrist following Monday. Reached the clinic & get called in. Started discussing my issue & he goes ‘do you need to see a podiatrist? I am a physiotherapist. ’
He goes & check & advises need to make a fresh appointment & an appointment is available for next day. Reached reception & is advised appointment is available for Monday. In all this there was no show of empathy. Forget an apology for a mistake done by them. Sometimes showing someone a little bit concern can take you a long way. I was appalled by their approach & lack of concern.

EDIT: I received a call from Joseph pretty much within 20 mins. He was very patient & calmly listened to my concerns. He went above & beyond to get me to see the podiatrist the same evening. I got my questions answered. I strongly believe that there is always a way out to help someone & thanks for restoring my faith.

I have been a patient of Joseph Louka for many years. I find him a caring, communicative professional who diagnoses accurately.
The treatment on site I have received has been effective. This combined with completion of the suggested exercises means that my injuries heal in the optimum time. I have no hesitation in recommending Joseph to other people needing physiotherapy.

From long time use to go with Adam he was very kind and experienced but unfortunately he left but after that the physiotherapist Always start treatment late and finish treatment before time
Also ask the physio need to bit pressure as I’m not feeling his hands and he told me his hands already tired

I will never ever regret coming here I used to live in Melton 2 years ago now moved but still attend no matter due to the service I have a 101 Physio in my area but my Physio therapist doesn’t work their and the other ones when I was doing Hydrotherapy I can Gladly name Them they wouldn’t know because due to reasons I don’t use my real name here. The podiatrist is absolutely fabulous- I had been misdiagnosed as having a plantar wart for years by gps and as a result getting the wrong treatment plan - the podiatrist identifies the issue ‘ fixed up THE CORN ; my foot feels amazingly better already. Don’t see a GP about your feet any longer!

I injured my tibial tendon whilst preparing for a running race. Laurie helped me recover in time foe the race and provided amazing insight into my running mechanics to literally get me back on my feet! Highly recommend.

I started coming to 101 Physio in September 2020 seeing Adam & found him very knowledgeable & started seeing Joe for needling to my shoulder & back.but he said he could only focus on one main area but l have multiple area's of pain and pain in my ribs & my sterum bone & my right knee & hip & left hip & nerve damage in my neck which l experience shooting pain down my right arm & numbness.
I felt l wasn't getting much relief of just needling.so l went one Oespath who made the pain worse & wasn't as experienced.l went on a search & found an amazing Oespath who is a Dr in Melton who gave me answers to all my multiple problem's & the pain in my sterum & ribs when at times l thought l was having a heart attack & was taken to the hospital.
I wasn't feeling confident at times with Joe as many times he was on he's phone a lot.

I've been attending 101 Physio Melton on a number of occasions. I find the receptionists Maria and Sarah quite professional and more importantly empathetic. Jo (my physiotherapist) has a wealth of knowledge and very good hands. What I appreciated mostly is his sincerity and candid diagnosis whilst managing my recovery expectations. Incidentally, I have never been left waiting for more than a couple of minutes which indicates their excellent time management. I strongly recommend 101 Physio Melton.

Joseph is amazing - I don't know what I'd do without him after seeing him weekly for the last few months! Such a friendly team at the front desk and the other clinicians I've seen have been so thorough too. Highly recommend this clinic if you're looking for a great physio, myo or podiatrist!

I was at 101 Physio few months back. I had appointment with Joseph. He is very professional and helps you get better. I went there with a very bad carpal tunnel syndrome which I developed during the pregnancy. It didnt go even after having a baby and both my hands were numb all the time and had pinching pain on my fingers. After few appointments with Joseph, it felt so much better and now its all gone, my fingers and hands are no longer numb and I can do things efficiently.

I would highly recommend 101 physio and ask for Joseph. Definitely giving 5 stars.

I want to give my gratitude to Doctor Laurie Bui. He is the best podiatrist in Melbourne. I had really bad things in my foot because of warts bit. Doctor Laurie Bui did the treatment perfect in last few months for me. Now its gone. So I would like to highly recommend Doctor Laurie Bui as your podiatrist in Melton 101 Physio.
