Amazing 10 day rafting experience. Brett, Carissa and Nick were consummate professionals with deep knowledge of the river, passionate about curating a magic experience and great custodians if the land. Up there with most awesome life experience.

An amazing once in a lifetime experience, led by a wonderful team of guides who got us through the most beautiful wild river. Thank you Brett, Clarissa and Keanu. I must also mention the food was incredible!

Incredible experience. I felt safe the whole time on the river thanks to the guides, led by Klaudia. We were well taken care of, including having every meal prepared for us. Great trip.

Nik and Em from the WBNTFRR team were amassing guides. Supporting us to have the most memorable Franklin River Rafting Experience. They were extremely knowledgeable, approachable and after out days on the river cooked the yummiest of food. I highly recommend WBNTFRR if you are after an adventure in 2023.

These guys are just amazing adventure tour operators. My trip down the Franklin River with them was incredible. Their attention to detail, attentiveness to individual needs, logistics and execution were absolutely first class. They have such amazing knowledge of the river and the conditions and adjust every trip to ensure you get the best experience. The food on the trip is also incredible. Be prepared to leave that extra day at the end in case your trip gets extended whilst out there in the wilderness - it can happen. Congratulations to Brett and Klaudia on operating such a great business - your rafting guides were absolutely first class as well. Pack light and pack smart! Enjoy the ride.

Totally awesome trip! Brett and the guys were amazing and the food Brett created was epic, (has put every housewife with a full kitchen to shame). Was a really great experience and I’ll be back to do high water soon

January 7-13, rafting Franklin river trip with guides - Klaudia, Don & Em.

What an amazing experience it was! Awe-inspiring views, pristine river water, excellent guides and beautiful memories. Absolutely loved this trip, and I would highly recommend - this is a must for anyone who loves outdoor adventures. Water-by-Nature guides were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and also fun to be around:) We felt safe rafting under their guidance.

None of our group had been rafting before & we had an outstanding experience, 110 km of absolute remote Tasmanian wilderness, out of our comfort zone at times which in my opinion enhanced our experience. Brett’s knowledge of the river was amazing and two of his guides Andrew and Izzy were very experienced, helpful and always polite in what were long- and at-time difficult stretches of the river. I would highly recommend taking a risk & just book the trip.

I completed the 8 day trip a few weeks ago. Water by Nature was absolutely professional, the two river guides were highly skilled and great fun. I couldn't fault any of it. I enjoyed every minute. The trip is very very reasonably priced for the time involved, skill of the guides and quality of the gear provided and the customer service. The food they provided was unbelievably good for the outdoors. The guides were very safety conscious but of course there is some inherent risk with an activity of this nature. Don't let that discourage you from going from what I found to be the trip of a lifetime.

In the end the majesty of the Tasmanian wilderness is the ultimate drawcard.

Be prepared though, it is physically strenuous with long days paddling, hauling the boats through some sections and portaging boats and gear. You need at least moderate fitness to get the best experience and to be able to assist your guide and fellow paddlers with the rafting.

The only company to do the Franklin river with - simply put. If you decide to raft the Franklin with any other company - you are compromising.

Throughout the trip our guides made the best decisions on the river, ensuring our safety, while still allowing for all the exciting rapids to be really exciting.

To top it up, the food was top notch. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and anything in between was some of the best outdoor food I've ever eaten.

Well, what a ride!

There are no words to describe the thrills, spills, excitement, challenges, superb River catering, supplied gear and of course the Rivers themselves (i.e. Collingwood, Franklin and the Gordon)

With the borders open to international travel, I truly do not think I would of experienced this trip and I truly grateful to the experience provided to us all by Brett and Nick for showing how spectacular this part of Tasmania is

This was an amazing experience with experienced guides that really knew the river. Food was outstanding and the overall experience could not have been better. I could not recommend Water by Nature Tasmania Franklin River Rafting highly enough and if your thinking about doing it then book now as you will not regret it.

My friends and I had an amazing trip on the Franklin with Klaudia and Jed from Water by Nature. The weather forecast was a bit wild, but aside from two cool days at the beginning, the rest of the trip was amazing with lots of water in the river. A total holiday being able to just relax at the end of the day and enjoy a delish meal. Great planning and plenty of water meant we had 4 days of rafting and 2 rest days to take in the mind blowing scenery. Our guides were highly professional and everything ran very smoothly. Highly recommend Water by Nature to take you into this amazing place and bring you back in one piece, relaxed and refreshed.

Had an amazing experience rafting the Franklin with this crew! I cannot recommend enough on all accounts: exciting experiences in a stunningly beautiful and iconic place - guided safely by experienced, professional, all-round legends! The food was so impressive as was the effort to put this whole trip together seamlessly in such a remote location. So much fun. Hat's off to Water by Nature Tasmania!

The Franklin River is truly awesome.and often frightening! I was so glad to have such skilled and knowledgeable guides. They knew how to handle every obstacle on the river and also the changing weather and flow we experienced on the trip. I was also impressed at how well we were looked after off the water: plenty of good food and hot drinks.

What a privilege to experience the stunning beauty of Tasmania’s South West Wilderness whilst rafting down the mighty Franklin River with Water by Nature. And what a privilege to have a guide who has been “on the river” for more than 30 years. With a focus on our safety, encouraging us when we needed it, and feeding us so magnificently (probably when we didn’t).

Amazing 7 day trip down the Franklin with 7 friends. Great way to see off 2020 and see the new year in. The guides were great
