Helpful and very polite staff. Plenty of food all 'buffet style' so suffers from 'all you can eat' clientele. Decor tired and quite a trek to eat if you are based in the rather poor village rooms.

Just wanted a cold beer on a hot day! Beer was not cold (been in fridge for 4hrs apparently), took it back and she poured it into a supposedly cold glass - also not cold. Beer now flat and hot. Australia and unacceptable!

Excellent friendly staff, the buffet was quite good, but not the selection of local fare that I was expecting.

Good place to feed the family, but if you are looking for variety of local seafood and somewhere special, this isn't the place.

Excellent setting, staff and buffet. Incredible value with million dollar vista. You must visit and dine here at least once whilst in Strahan.

Poor and rude service from restaurant front reception. Were given a table by rubbish bin & service area even though we had pre-booked a window table. There were several better tables available all evening. Serving staff were lovely but front reception/payment area was rude & unorganised. Other patrons also complained.

A buffet with everything and plenty of restocking so don't worry about missing out on the world's best oysters:)
views are great, staff are great, wine was great, decor a bit outdated though.

Beautiful views from the windows and the mainly seafood buffet was amazing. There was also an excellent variety of salads and delicious desserts as well.

Wow what a place to visit when your in Strahan! The view is superb! Especially on a sunset dreamy afternoon with a glass of Tasmanian Holm Oak wine. Indoor or outdoor, you get the view and friendly staff. Bring a jacket in case you decide to stay beyond the last suns rays.

A very good buffet with a good variety of offerings. Worth the price and very satisfying. Would recommend this buffet.

I just loved staying here I had to go back for a second look. A beautiful Bush encrusted setting where the wild life comes alive at night calling into my hotel room. Buffet is of 5 star quality. Great choice for breakfast lunch and dinner, serviced rooms well kept, each with its own patio connection to outside. Fully stocked bar only pay for what you drink. What a way to explore Strahan by staying at the place love it.

Without doubt, the best buffet I have experienced in Tasmania over the last 14 years. Great food and variety at a very reasonable price. Have already booked in for another fine nights dining.

Over priced seafood buffet with awful prawns. The service was wonderful but the price and lack of decent seafood let it down badly. I read another review that said the lamb was great and he should know because he was a lamb farmer. Well the lamb wasn't even good, it was just ok.

Service was good, location and view great but buffet was extremely over priced and food was tasteless and not worth the money.

This buffet was very good and even though it was a sea food buffet and i dont like sea food.i still enjoyed it because there were other options too and the desserts were very good too

Lovely food and wonderful staff. Can not speak highly enough of this restaurant. As it was my 50th birthday and a long way from home they made me feel extremely special.
