Travelodge Hotel Hobart Airport

The restaurant had only one staff the day we visited. They were taking care of orders as well as making the food in the kitchen. They service was therefore slow, unprofessional and the food was undercooked.

Quarantine is not fun but necessary, foods been better than expected. *edit* the food has progressively gotten worse, like the staff in the kitchen aren't chefs and have no idea how to cook anything other than their own cultural foods. I hate complaining but this is getting stupid they can't even cater for a toddler 'hot soup that is just vitamised leftover vegetables and smell gross is not acceptable'

Fridge freezes everything and some kind of extremely noisy waterfall in the ceiling (feels like water torture) but here due to Covid-19 quarantine, so can't complain and am sure it would be much better if I was a "paying" customer.
The staff are super friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. The continental breakfast choices the next morning were a bit limited but included my preferences. Highly recommend

During quarantine.there was no child's menu for food. After saying about it, they called once about a linch and didn't keep up the calls to make sure it was toddler friendly. The food was sub par, lst nights leftover vegetables blended up for a soup is a great idea for a lunch, not. We've had burnt soups, eggs non stop for breakfasts and it was all out a pathetic experience for quarantine. If that is what it's like for quarantine, what is it like for the public? As for quarantine cleaning. Its ok, i understand having to do it ourselves. Linen was on time, we've not received anymore bin bags since the first time and needed to supply our own. We were denied a vacuum to clean our toddlers mess and given a dust pan and broom for cleaning the CARPET.
Reception has been good. They're friendly enough and I understand it's not easy. But God, get it together. You are being pathetically run for this.

Simply put these folks have it running smoothly. Allowed us an early check in to accomodate our canceled Virgin flight. Really quick pick up from the airport and generally very acccomodating! We stayed Jan 16,2020.

Modern, quiet and clean with all necessaey facilities ans so conveniently close to the airport. Excellent and will still here again.

The room was lovely and comfortable and clean, the food and room service was excellent. The desk staff when we arrived (Wei i think his name was) was friendly, helpful and informative. My only issue was the girl as we checked out, as a cab request is an offered service that took her about 5 seconds, I'm not sure why she initially wouldn't do it and told us to use the uber app instead? ! But over all excellent.

Greeted by person at reception who had just had a cigarette and then breathed it over me during booking! Rooms were clean, however we were on first floor and people above you can hear every step they take, when they drop a coin, no insulation between floors. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Shower bathroom nice though. Person who checked us out very pleasent. Charged me $5.00 dollars for parking! There is acres of room, this is not Sydney. I feel this is a blatant rip off revenue raising gouging exercise. Next time I will stay in a stand alone cabin next door at the caravan park, you get to park beside your room and no noise from those in the room above.

The motel eas very good they give u plates sauspans cups small bottle milk towels very good cannot complane

It was quite enjoyable. Expected more from the food line. Good customer service. Hopefully new chef on board!

Good spot, just not much to eat other than in house, or the subway from the servo about 100m away, you need a car to get anywhere. Cosy rooms good bed.

Staff service from the room service staff to concierge were all exceptional and happy to do their best and go out of their way with a smile. Quite impressed with the service culture they all shared.

We were greated with a smile. The guy was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, modern and very well priced for the location so close to the airport. Free shuttle to the airport in the morning.

Had a nice meal. Butter chicken with rice and Naan.
Chicken parmigiana.
Fish and chips, Local flathead.
Pork stir fry. All enjoyed.
Service was great.

Great stay very clean and accommodating staff.more shampoo and conditioner would be nice with coffee sugar and milk.other than those small things great place

Good place to stay the night before an early flight out. Room spacious and comfortable. Food nothing special but perfectly acceptable.

Abbas at the front desk is very helpful. Very nice and clean. Restaurant on site is good. We ordered burgers and were tasty.

Friendly and efficient staff, clean and spacious rooms, good restaurant and a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.and right next to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and very friendly. They were also very accommodating to our needs. The room was amazing; aircon and heater both available along with an ensuite.
5 minute shuttle also willing to pick you up with a phone call once you land.
Would recommend staying here before heading either around Tassie or heading home.
