25Have enjoyed past stays at Tidal Waters but this time was different. Booked with a Sunseekers voucher. After checking in received a phone call to tell us there would be no room service. Very disappointing.
Tidal Waters has changed hands and is really starting to change. The new owners are really tidying up the operation and have great plans for the future. We had a wonderful time there menu exciting, entertainment was excellent with Georges Bay music club providing very professional visiting artists, only on the last Fri of the month but it was very special this October. It is situated on Georges Bay and is a magnificent location.

Great staff, comfy beds, good pillows, clean large rooms.unfortunately the carpet needs proper cleaning or replacing, I don't like dirty carpet.
The food was quite good, could have been larger serves tho. I enjoyed my stay and would certainly return.

Very 80’s dated.best part was Theresa who was front desk girl, barman, waitress, fire stocker, room service all with a smile n chat and incredibly efficient.food was great
