Excellent. Comfortable room with small sitting area and very big, modern bathroom with separate shower and claw foot bath. About 5 minutes drive from most attractions, stores etc. Continental breakfast provided daily.

What a surprise. Older style premises but beautifully presented. Exceeded our expectations as music was on upon arrival, along with the room heater. Parking was a breeze and the recreational areas were inviting.

Decadent, faultless, pioneer Victorian charm and accommodating staff. This is by far one of the most impressive accommodation that I have stayed in (compared to all my international travels). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone’s who visiting Hobart!

It exceeds my expectations. When I first entered this property, I was healed by the fragrance of flowers, warm lighting and sweet music. Very nice staff, the attentive, and considerat care left a deep impression on me and my partner, we will definitely visit again.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, with a lovely breakfast in the morning. Walking distance to some great restaurants and a quick drive into the city centre, highly recommend!

The Rivulet has been recently completely renovated and as a heritage Victorian home it was the perfect ‘feel at home’ with luxury and comfort place for our weekend stop in Hobart. Highly recommended, beautiful unique rooms, really nice staff and offers hikes direct from the property.

This place is a dream! Just out of the main city centre. It is soooooo beautiful and you feel so special - like you've booked in some bougie place for a very reasonable price. The manager, Robert, is so lovely - right from the first interaction and beyond. My partner forgot his shorts in our room and he posted it interstate for us! They also offer a pretty premium continental breakfast that's fresh and delicious. They use local produce for this which makes it even special. The room itself is clean, tastefully designed with high quality items and has this amazing scent (I know it sounds weird but hear me out). Everytime you walk in your senses are taken to a magical place - I have no idea how they do it! But it's beyond divine. Please do yourself a favour and stay here if you're in Hobart!

The Rivulet has beautiful historical charm with renovated well maintained bedrooms and bathrooms. Our room was very comfortable, well appointed with a renovated bathroom a great shower and inviting claw foot bath. Delicious fresh continental breakfast with lots of choices. Lounge or garden spaces welcome you to sit and enjoy a drink. Our host was friendly and very helpful. We will return!
