25Amazing! I'm a local and whenever me and my mum feel like a treat we go here! Amazing chips, put the perfect amount of salt! There potato cakes are cooked to perfection and the fish is so delicious. Oh and of course I can't leave our there amazing dip n' dots! I am in love with this takeaway and I will continue too! Best takeaway ever!
Home cooked breakfast with great coffee at reasonable price. Fantastic customer service.
Recommended.
Ordered extra cooked flake, oh my god,
Was amazing and huge for $7, highly recommend
My wife went and ordered some fish and chips and hamburger and she was charged $16 for a cheeseburger, will not ever go back in to that shop
I had a crayfish mornay pie. It’s good. Maybe 4 bits of crayfish inside. I’ll try the scallop pie next time. The price is a bit higher than usual but acceptable.
I live in Richmond and I support local businesses as everybody knows time have been tough for small businesses in recent times, I was disappointed not only in the service, the cost ($78-4 people no drinks included) but also the quality of the food, they didn’t even reconfirm the order with me even though it was a large order if they had I would not have had to pay $16 for a cheeseburger.
Worst kebabs ever! We ordered a large amount of food to feed six but was very disappointed the two chicken kebabs came with no sauce and the meat was terrible. Our fish and chip was undercooked and tasted oily.
We could maybe understand if it was the end of the day but it was still early around 5pm
On the plus side nice coffee and cold drinks from the fridge. We won’t be back.
My husband and I took our 4 children for lunch today as a treat and this is one place i would never recommend to take your family.
All I can say is I hope the staff are safe from the manager who we witness yell and swear at a female team member among other things that made us wish we hadn't chosen this cafe.
We would have asked for a refund for our $87.00 but was worried that the poor woman would suffer more abuse.
Very clean shop, food display looks very appealing. I had the hamburger, it was very tasty. Very friendly staff.
An absolute scam, we went today and paid 5 dollars per coffee, the “barista” used the coffee machine to steam milk only and pored instant coffee in it, I could not believe this. It’s ok to sell instant coffee but you got to acknowledge the customers and charge accordingly!
Great kebabs and crinkle hot chips were fresh and a huge serve for a small. Great place to grab a bite in Richmond after a long drive!
It is as advertised, a fish and chip shop, favouring the baine marie for maintaining warmth of battered foods such as fish, potato cakes and fried dim sims, giving the batter a chewiness rather than fresh deep fried crispness
Had a wonderful coffee and cheese tart. Owner and staff members also good. If you are around there you should try their coffee. Thanks.
The cooked food is ok, but the prices are outrageous (especially for drinks, ice cream, snacks.etc)
And the fact that prices are not displayed for many items shows that the staff know people will be scared off by it
When asking about ice cream prices, I was handed a card with the prices on it (the same type of card that should be in the fridge window instead of behind the counter) and the lady there had a very condescending attitude, almost like she was offended that I wanted to know how much i needed to pay before choosing
You're better off going to the servo next door for drinks and snacks, it's a bit cheaper, and prices are displayed upfront
The food was disappointing, but the coffee was fine. They seemed short-staffed, who were bitter and twisted and thinking more about how they hated being at work, rather than loving the people they were paid to serve.
I would never eat there again. Hot food (park park chicken burger) just precooked and disgusting and I was charged extra without being told (I assume because I paid with card). The roll was rock solid where there had been no sauce and soggy where there was. It was also extremely oily. It was barely edible. Definitely not worth it
Dated take away that provides plenty of choices for breakfast or a snack. Polite staff, a helpful chef and reasonable prices make for a quick and easy meal as you watch the world go by.
Had some sandwiches and they were stale. Complained and they replaced with some mixed sandwiches that were lovely.
Ok. Would have gone somewhere else if I could have. In other words, I won't be a repeat customer.
Felt Amazing, Staff were lovely and knowledgeable. Have to visit again for the delicious food out there.
