Sunrise Devonport

Had a great stay. Easy check in.very welcoming by the lovely lady at the reception and Ellie the adorable doggy. Room was value for money, comfy beds. Complimentary breakfast included.really good. Will be back for sure.

Overnight stay. Dinner at the restaurant (Camille). I had smoked trout. My hubby had king fish. Both cooked to perfection.
Full free continental breakfast included pancakes. Great room. Comfortable bed. Lovely staff were very helpful

Dated motel needing a revamp, new furniture and updates to bathroom facilities. Sink was outside bathroom and there was no extractor or window in bath.

Rooms were clean and nice. Check in was smooth. And breakfast was sufficient. They have a cute dog at the check in!

No real complaints about this fantastic little spot.staff are friendly and accommodating and there is even a restaurant out the front.

Room was okay, disability access in bathroom - rail at toilet and shower. Access to restaurant and toilet difficult with walker. Restaurant menu for dinner a bit limited. Great breakfast with variety of cereals, breads for toasting, small pancakes, coffee and tea. ️

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Light breakfast included was great. Hosts were friendly, accommodating and considerate. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Lovely motel, very clean. Great location for a walk along the beach/Merseys bluff at sunrise. Friendly and helpful staff with a little French restaurant attached. Breakfast is complementary but the coffee isnt nice - better to have coffee in your room which is provided:)

The complementary continental breakfast was a sumptuous surprise: yoghurt, muesli, canned peaches, the list goes on. Check in and out was easy and hassle free.

This is an older style motel. There's plenty of parking. The rooms are spacious and clean. Theres a fridge, kettle and pod coffee machine. Apparently the bathroom has been recently renovated however, it was a bit tight for space. Having said that the shower was really nice. The Staff were helpful, keeping track of our arrival time to make certain we got our key after hours. The breakfast was nice though very little gluten free- only juice and cereal. We weren't informed of breakfast hours and when we got there at 8.30 it was almost done and they were starting to clear away. We had to quickly grab a few left over things. We have been told by some locals that the French restaurant attached to the motel is very good. Had we have known we would have given it a try. Especially as we arrived in Devonport late and all eateries including pubs close their kitchen early- 8.30-9pm, even on Friday night! McDs was very average and is clearly the local kids 'hangout' so noisy and unpleasant.

Very nice place to stay we usually stay elsewhere but really happy with this place it's nice and clean you have everything you need will stay again for sure and the restaurant meal at Camille was beautiful

A great place to stay, nice little rooms with a restaurant on site that gets quite busy especially during the weekend, recommended to book in advance, 5 minutes from the city centre & a minute walk to the beach, if your looking for a night or a few nights away from the grind, this is a place to come visit & check out!

Clean fully equipped comfortable room in a convenient location. Only thing I would change in this unit is replace the shower curtain, it is rather dated. Overall experience great with a magic French restaurant on the premises. It definitely gets ny thumbs up

Rooms were clean and reasonable for the price. Nothing too spectacular in the rooms would warrant any praise but at the same time nothing was too bad except for the shower. That shower caused me 5 minutes of grief cycling between Antarctic frost and hell fire within 1mm of tap turning, a genuinely harrowing experience that will haunt my darkest of nightmares.

We all enjoyed our stay at The sunrise Motel! The rooms are immaculately clean and the breakfast was awesome! Great location and friendly, helpful staff. When staying here I recommend having dinner at Bistro Camille, it was beautiful!
