We chose here for our wedding anniversary lunch. And first time here. We wonder what stopped us for so many years to check this place out! Absolutely love here! The view of vineyard and over Derwent valley was amazing, food was beautiful, wine was divine, staff were really lovely. The northern Italian style tiramisu was the best I have had so far. We will definitely come back here a lot!

Great wine! If you get a chance, do try Marco's Pinot, absolutely worth cellaring a few years! On the other hand, the service is an absolute let down. Bought multiple bottles of wine and despite the fact, had to carry the wine glasses around and chase each of our orders despite the restaurant being empty inside. I wish they paid more attention to the restaurant menu and service to complement the stunning wine.

Mmmmmm. Food was delicious. Phone and make a booking to sit in the window and look down on the Derwent River.

Very accomodating when we were staying down the road. Staff were friendly and went the extra mile. Thanks Stefano Lubiana! Would recommend.

Lovely winery and cellar door. Lunch is divine and I can’t recommend the chefs menu enough. 6-7 dishes to try, the best pana cotta I’ve ever had for dessert! $5 for the wine tasting itself. I highly recommend their 2013 Chardonnay and 2008 Pinot noir!

We tried 6 wines (for only $5! That's about the size of a glass all up) and all were delicious! We then shared the cheese and condiment and chose the delice de bourgogne which came with some fancy crackers and quince paste. The cheese was to die for; very rich and creamy. I also had the dessert occio which was hazelnut flavour I believe and that was also very nice. My partner enjoyed a cappuccino. My only complaint is that the menu was nowhere to be found online which made it very difficult to decide ahead of time if we would eat there (having difficult allergies).

Not authentic Italian food. Can’t even find a decent pasta. Tuna does not look like tuna either. Wasted my time.

Great choice for a lunch w that someone special. Catch a taxi and do the wine tasting after lunch. You will not be disappointed. Check out the bioorganic garden where a lot of the ingredients are coming from. Stefano's lovely wife served our lunch which made it even more personable. Enjoy a wine over the barrel room grassy lookout point. Beautiful views. Moments to remember

We enjoyed a great wine tasting experience at the cellar door. The wines are delicious and the staff were so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The gardens and views were lovely too. Next time we hope to dine there as well as this time we did not have enough time before our flight. A special shout out to the amazing Georgia for her talents in the garden and cellar door. You are truly a gem and made our time there a memorable one. Thanks also to Felicity - you two make a great team. We look forward to our next visit there.

Gorgeous lunch - slow-cooked lamb shoulder! - and excellent wines. 2009 vintage sparkling PN/CH outstanding!

The food material match coordinator. The food, view and garden there is make me enjoy and relax.
Take time to discover the various flowers even the grass’s flower. Also enjoy a little walk to back peak.

The most beautiful, fresh and flavoursome food, sitting amongst a beautiful garden and outlook. It felt like we were in Tuscany! I definitely will be back when we visit Hobart again.

We went just for tastings and have to say was very underwhelmed from their reputation.
Wines weren't explained well, we were the only ones in there and even though the reviews for food are good I'm not in a rush to go back.

Beautiful winery with Italian look and feel. Lovely sitting outside on a crisp Autumn day. They charge a cellar door tasting fee, however, it was not refundable on purchase of wine. This is a little disappointing given everywhere else we went deducts it from your purchase.

Best riesling in Tasmania. Very friendly staff, lovely outdoor eating area with view of the valley, delicious food. Well worth the visit. Book ahead.
