Quest Savoy

The Quest is the place to stay if your visiting Hobart. My room was good and the location of the Quest is great being in central Hobart.

Great Hotel and great staff. The 5 days stay was exceptional. The location in the heart of Hobart was great.
When travelling to Tasmania Hobart, this hotel is a sure, true, and great place to stay. Hope you love it too.

Came to have a stay for date night spa alone was worth the cost for the room friendly staff and great amenities.so relaxing i hope to come again soon

Nice rooms, spacious, comfortable and conveniently located, elevator was a bit slow though that's just nitpicking.

Not recommend if you travel with a car as this hotel doesn't have car park, you have to park at a public car park around 250m away and pay $18 a day. The room I stayed was not in the main building, it was located cross the street.

Stayed at apartment for a week and felt like a UK type home. Very convenient location and in centre of all major retail shops as well nice dining places. 10 stars from me

Exceptionally friendly staff, and a big thank you to the receptionist. The room was perfect, nice relaxing spa, although the movie channels could use an overhaul. Screen was stretched which made it difficult to watch. However not enough to lose a. Gotta be one of the better options of staying, as Quest is so central to everything, most places you'll need, such as shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, pubs etc are all within very short walking distance and under 1km or less. Cannot fault in any way. Enjoyable one night experience. 5/5

The room was spacious, clean and generally well maintained. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom functional (might need some update in the future). The best part of this hotel is the fact that it's centrally located; only a few minutes walk to the shops, Salamanca Market, restaurants and the dock. The staff were friendly and professional. (5 for the free upgrade)

Clean and well maintained premises, very conveniently located with in walking diatance to whatever Hobart has to offer, shopping, CBD, waterfront, etc
Excellent customer service with prompt advice on offer.
Has no carpark and I think this the biggest setback for this hotel.

Worst experience of my travelling life and didn't even make it to the scum filled room. Horrible customer service, atrocious front desk attitude, think perhaps the front desk ladies would be better suited working in a swamp with their overly defensive and beyond rude attitude. Will be sharing this tale of horrible behaviour far and wide. Only stay here if you want to get spoken to like you're trash. Thanks 'Jan' and your rude little cohort for ensuring we never ever stay at a Quest. Luckily I enoy talking to make sure the world knows.

The rudest reception ever we decided to walk out. Jan was so overly rude. Do not stay here. Extra charge for parking what a joke no wonder why its got the worst rating
