WOW! What an absolute delight - from our warm arrival being greeted at the front door with an umbrella to our final breakfast on our last day.everything was just perfect! (Still dreaming of the homemade crumpets with lemon curd!). You have the formula just 100% perfect - so many special touches - afternoon teas, welcome bubbles, gorgeous books in the lounge, even quality sketching pencils and paper in the rooms. And don't get be started on the incredible dinner delicious and creative! And with Vicki's advice, we tried some new wines and learnt lots too! (Gruner Veltliner) Thank you to the whole team!

This is a wonderful heritage conversion. Room was comfortable and little attention to detail such as having music playing when you arrive is really nice. Breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed drinks on the perfect lawn in the shade. Would absolutely stay here again.

This stay far exceeded our expectations. If we could give more than 5 star then we would. All the staff were fantastic and made us feel special with their brilliant service. The room was luxurious. The 1830's main house was so charming and inviting and we spent time in the various rooms just relaxing! The gardens were incredibly beautiful and we loved sitting and soaking up the beauty! The breakfast was better than any other hotels we have ever been to and the dinner was amazing. We will definitely be recommending this place to everyone we speak to!

My my! What an absolute gem of a stay we had at Prospect House.

The grounds and gardens are fantastic, the staff wonderful, the dinner was excellent. Rooms are modern and comfortable, although the drain for the shower may need rethinking. The bed was delightful.

Less than 30 mins from the airport and set on the backdrop of historical Richmond, I would recommend you stay here, you won't regret it.

We spent a couple of days relaxing and enjoying amazing food, beautiful surroundings and great service. This lovely period home has been restored to a high standard with a combination of old style with modern conveniences (including underfloor heating in the bathroom).

Friendly helpful staff committed to ensuring your stay is a great experience. Cross the wooden bridge and enter the courtyard where 10 spacious and well equipped rooms are situated. A good dining experience with an ample selection of drinks available. You can guess we enjoyed our stay.

Absolute excellence Food was very good especially basil ice cream. Rooms well appointed with every convenience. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks Glen. Our family recently spent a night at Prospect House celebrating my daughter's 21st Birthday. Right from our arrival we were made to feel very welcome by Patrick and Sonja, who where attentive to our every need. The home has been beautifully restored and the accommodation is luxurious and elegant. Thank you to Chef Kurstin for our delicious 3 course dinner and thanks to Glenn as excellent host for the evening. Thank you also to Libby and John for the pampering experience. We will definitely be back next time we want to treat ourselves.
