Great beer, the owner works the bar and loves a chat, fantastic location. A definite on any trip around Tassie.

Beautiful place to sit and relax above the picturesque town of Beaconsfield, incredible beers that are up there with the best of them, the fog on the Tamar (hazy pale ale) is a personal favourite and I would say better than most if not all craft beers.

While passing through Beaconsfield we decided to call in for a beer and something to eat. We were very impressed by the friendly hospitality and personalised service. The Brewery has lovely and attentive staff who made our visit very enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

There were about 12 adults in our group, and all of the meals came out at the same time.
The staff were lovely. The atmosphere relaxed. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Thank you

The building is absolutely beautiful! The staff are extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We enjoyed a beer and cider and some delicious hot chips! Next time would love to try some other foods!

We made a booking. We were seated quickly, fed beautiful dishes and enjoyed some outstanding drinks. The pilsner was my favourite. The building is magnificent and all staff were great. We'll be back for sure.

An amazing local family owned business. We love popping in when we are able. Great beats, friendly folk and lovely food. Best to book ahead of you can as this place is hugely popular. Otherwise, take a punt if passing by if they are too busy grab a quick and some take aways

Great experience. Got a miny tour of the place and the process to make a quality brew. Food was great. Family were well fed and happy and I got to enjoy a few local beverages!
Fog on the Tamar is just a fantastic beer. The West (street? Can’t remember?) Ale is a staple quality beer too that’s a great takeaway. Great spot over the road from the kids playground, and when it’s a bit cool the fires going. Great atmosphere. Will go again!

Had a delicious schnitzel for lunch. Outstanding service and best tasting beers I've tried to date. Highly recommend this spot. The building itself was spectacular too.
